The worst company I have dealt with - in the same league as Evri.

Don't answer your emails for at least a week, exchanges or returns take forever to get.

I will not be ordering again

Shocking service, I paid for Saturday delivery 28th Sept but all get is an email apologising for the delay due unprecedented volumes. So still waiting and I want my delivery charge back. And no chat available there's a surprise.

I wish I had read Trustpilot before ordering, but being UGG, I did not think there would be a problem, how wrong I was

Ordered and paid for item Monday lunchtime .

Still not even fully processed online, let alone delivered.

Chat open 10am, but no one available to talk.

Seems a bit of a shambles as others experiencing the same, have to say , avoid , what a state of affairs !

I ordered a pair of ultra mini uggs in size 6 on 20th September. The parcel arrived on the 22nd September. BUT the parcel didn't contain my order instead I received a pair of black clogs in a size 7. I returned them on 23rd September. I tried to contact customer service but no reply.
Today 2nd October I received an email to say that I will be refunded within 7-14 days. I have received a full refund this evening 2nd October.
I love uggs and I have been wearing them for years but I wont order them from ugg uk on line ever again because of the person that didn't get my order right. It's easier to go to a shop rather than having the stress of being sent the wrong order. plus now the color pale smoke that I ordered is out of stock. So I'm not happy with the person who sent me the wrong order.

I'm really disappointed so far. I placed an order for a pair of trainers. I cannot get hold of customer service and get an automated email when I contact them. I placed an order 2 days ago and it is still being processed but I have no reason for the delay. I thought this was a good strong international company but obviously you are that strong that you no longer need to concern yourself with your customers.

Absolutely gutted as it was a birthday gift. Paid for NDD and 3 days later I'm still waiting.

Non existent customer service!
I ordered some lowmel uggs, they arrived fairly quickly, however I needed an exchange. I thought it’d be pretty simple.
I returned them and had confirmation from DPD that they had successfully been returned.
I have had no communication from UGG to say they have received them. The online return tracker is not providing any information.
They don’t reply to emails, chat is always unavailable, there is no phone number to call.
They’ve taken the money and now I’m left in limbo! Where are my new ones?!
I’m very disappointed at such a big company not having any kind of customer service 😡
If you’re thinking of returning an item, I wouldn’t bother

Absolutely will never order from Ugg website again as long as I live! My order was supposed to be delivered to a drop-off shop, and I still haven’t received delivery and has passed a delivery date. I’ve gone online to try and track it but it takes me back to my order information so I’m unable to track my delivery. I’ve sent an email. I’ve had no response to the email, there’s no telephone number to contact them and when you do find a number on Google the numbers don’t work or nobody answers. No one‘s ever available for live chat, so I have no idea where my delivery is and I’m unable to track it. Yay fun times.

Returned shoes for an exchange. Have had confirmation they have received my parcel via Royal Mail but nothing from UGG. I have tried contacting them but heard NOTHING back. Horrendous customer service. I have no shoes and over £100 out of pocket - I am on maternity leave and this was a treat for my feet. Really shocking! I hope I receive my exchanged pair soon.

Returned item over a week ago and haven’t even had a confirmation email to confirm item received. Unable to track on their track returns option as it doesn’t work, constantly says it’s down for maintenance and no one is ever available on their instant chat feature. The only option is to email them as no telephone number and it says there is a 5-7 day response time. Would just like the money refunded asap please as it’s no small fee! I would suggest for such a big brand UGG need to invest in their customer service! As it currently doesn’t exist!

I placed an order, received and was to small, sent my order back ( for an exchange) had confirmation UGG had received my item back.
No update on exchange item being dispatched, no refund so now I’m left £105 down and no shoe. It has almost been a week.

I have emailed, contacted them via Instagram and now Facebook today in hope to get in touch with someone from customer service.

In the meantime I placed a new order for the shoe I wanted. Hoping this can be resolved, very disappointed and expected better customer service from UGG or at least them to be contactable.

I wish I read the reviews before ordering! I paid next day delivery like a lot of other people. I was supposed to receive the items on Friday and didn’t. So then they said I would receive the items today on the DPD tracker, then made an excuse saying they failed to attempt to deliver my parcel! How on earth do you work that out when you haven’t been on my property neither have you tried to deliver it. I have a video doorbell so I know this is correct. Trying to actually talk to someone both with UGG and DPD is shocking. Sort it out your products are expensive so people don’t expect this shocking service!

Do not use this company. Customer service is absolutely shocking…or should I say non-existent! I paid for next day delivery on a Thursday, to arrive on Friday via DPD. Tracked the package and was advised by DPD that it would be Monday for delivery. Tried most of next two days trying to contact customer service at Ugg - they are a complete waste of space. Via email I was told I would be contacted in approx 5 working days, what use is this? Couldn’t contact them via online chat or phone.
Still out of pocket for next day delivery and don’t have the goods yet anyway!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered nearly a week ago. Tracking hasn’t been updated in 48 hours. Still hasn’t been received my DPD and can’t get through to anyone!! Absolutely disgusting

Appalling customer service. I wanted to exchange an item, the online system has been down for over a week. Emailed them 3 times, no response. I have had to keep the item, a hoody so wasn't cheap. I suspect Ugg clothing is about to go down.
