This is my second car with “u can” and both times have been flawless enquired and walked away with a car that was perfect for me. Chanice and Damion were amazing start to finish even picked me up from the train station! Polite, knowledgeable and transparent. Kept me informed all the way through with what was happening.

I was naive and they took advantage I went in to look for a car just a run around to get to work and back the person I spoke to Ben was very nice to my face and I thought everything was legit I even gave them a good review I got the car fast forward about a month and I realised the car they gave me wasn’t even worth the finance I was paying on it totally scammed me and when I went back to complain no one even looked me in the eye they wouldn’t even let me in the place and the person who sold me the car stood in the back and didn’t say a single word yet when he sold the car to me he had so many good things to say it’s all bullshit they speak nicely to your face and when you face an issue no one even looks at you. The front end was very low almost scraping the floor the guy told me the car came like that it’s been lowered I thought ok that’s fine but after a while I realised it’s not also they gave me 7000 miles on it which isn’t even worth getting never again.

Every member of staff was really helpful and did everything they could to make sure I left happy.

I was seen by Nathan who was very helpful and supportive, helped me right through my finance and was very happy with the car I was shown! I would never purchase a car from any other broker as these were very helpful and will be back in 2 years time !

Positive and negative. Firstly Ricky Morris, sales person is a credit to them. He's helpful, not at all pushy and a genuinely nice guy, at the point of sale I was very happy with the service from UCAN, and would have used again. Downhill from there. Was sold an Insignia, which seemed OK, quite a few bumps and scrapes and a badly chipped windscreen, after I pointed that out Ricky got it fixed ASAP. Meant I had another 120 mile round trip, but I didn't really mind too much.... until I realised I'd done that trip in a dangerous car, that the brakes callipers had not been bolted on. They failed the next day on my drive home from work, I managed to stop the car with my gears only. Luckily it was late evening and not too much traffic, if that was on the motorway I would have caused a major incident .From this point on, the customer service was shocking. The rep was disinterested, expected me to do all the running around, arranging repairs etc. I lost my cool then with her which annoyed me even more. Finally got the car fixed, only for the repair to fail too. I also found out they had bumped an extra £850 onto the sale price of the car , so took advantage of me. I have eventually received £500 reimbursement, not enough for putting me and my family in danger, dreadful customer service and a general lack of responsibility for shady practices. The incident has been reported to Trading Standards and VOSA. How a car in that condition could have sailed through an MOT worries me greatly. I would definitely advise people to show extreme caution using them.

Avoid Ucan car credit. They take advantage of the vulnerable, they know you are not in the best of circumstances so want to give you anything,anything but a car of your choice. Hardly any stock there, nothing on there website like most pselling car traders.They wanted you to pay £300 plus..monthly payment's for a rust bucket.what was there was 16 grand plus. They were very unprofessional,very invasive as they took my phone from as I had to download a app so they look into my bank to verify my income. Didnt feel comfortable. Not a normal garage to buy cars very sketchy.

No name was given to me. Be aware they only sell their own cars. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. ALL CARS ARE FROM. BRITISH CAR AUCTIONS BUY YOURSELF. GET A BANK LOAN, THEY WILL TELL YOURE CREDIT IS BAD WHEN IT ISN'T. AVOID THIS COMPANY. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Absolutely brilliant, Alex knew exactly what i required with my new car. The car was ready for me when I arrived. All finances were in place. The best service ever. This is the second time that I have been here and will return again. Thank you.

do not trust these people,they will tell you a pack of mistruths when selling you a vehicle. I recently bought a vehicle from them that was supposedly serviced(it hadn't been touched(needed a new battery from the off as the stop start system wouldn't function as the voltage of battery was too low11.9 volts and so was in a fail safe mode), front pads were seized on 1 side each, there's a lot more to it which I won't put here, but always follow that old adage of "buyer beware", fortunately I have the skill set required to sort the issues that happened. Complaints procedure is a white wash where they tell you to use the supplied warranty, no warranty would ever be honoured for worn out service parts, honestly I will never ever deal with this company again and would recommend everyone has the vehicle they're purchasing independently assessed if you haven't got the skills to put things right.

The one thing I will say for them is that they were helpful in delivering the vehicle I wanted to their dealer closer to where I lived.

Ask yourself this question, if a seller won't even put a battery on a vehicle or have it serviced/checked properly, do you want to do business with them?.

My biggest concern which I pointed out to them was if someone had bought a car from them and knew nothing about cars, they would have taken as gospel that a service had been done as it was fully stamped up in the service history, they wouldn't have known about the brakes(until it was possibly too late), there are reputable dealers out there that will actually do all these things to ensure the car you buy is road worthy, I spent nearly 9.5k on a vehicle with full service history and in good condition.

Please please please heed my warning. Use a reputable dealer or at least have your vehicle checked by an independent company or mechanic. It's not worth the risk. This review hasn't been written to be horrible, just an honest review of my experience. They didn't even bother coming back to me with their response to my formal complaint, I had to contact the director who initially responded to my complaint.

Big thanks to the Hyde branch. Thank you Lewis, Nathan, Alex and Leyton. Great lads and they secured me a nice car. I will use Ucan again for my next car. They can even get certain cars for returning customers.
