Was really impressed with the service, packaging arrived quickly, device was received and checked very fast, was disappointed to have the price marked down so much from the original offer, but overall, I’d recommend this company and I’d definitely use them again!

Very fast service. The price offered after review of my device seemed incredibly underpriced for such a fairly new iPhone.

However, I cannot fault the rest of their service, I am happy with how quick the whole process was.

Easy fast transaction and postage

Getting the phone ready to be sent out is a bit confusing. The company should make this easier for people sending in their phones. On the emails they kept calling a return but it's not a return because you're not returning anything you're sending something. The company should reword their emails better that they are sending to their customers. Had this have been simpler, I would've given five stars.
When the phone arrived with the company I was given the opportunity to accept offers made to me.
After about three offers, I accepted the final offer.
I did have to wait for a week to get my payment, which didn't make sense because they already had my phone. They could make the payments a lot quicker and unfortunately I had to chase this payment.
When the company says to you that they are gonna pay you on a date then they should do that and payment should be made first thing in the morning without delay. If you have a human doing this, you should set up automatic payment and run your business a bit better. Had this of been easier, I would've given five stars.
In the end though I did a deal on a great price of which I'm happy with. If I were to sell my phone again I would use this company again.

I would strongly advise avoiding this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing.

I sent my phone in after receiving an initial quote and gave an honest description of the condition — the battery was good, the screen was not cracked, and there were only cosmetic scratches on the outer case. After they claimed to have inspected the phone, they reduced their offer to around a quarter of the original quote. I declined. They then increased it slightly, but it was still far below the original valuation, so I declined again and asked for my phone to be returned.

It has now been over a month and I am still waiting. I have chased several times and was told it was “with dispatch,” but since then my emails have been ignored completely.

At this point, I have neither received payment nor had my phone returned. This situation is unacceptable and feels like I have simply lost my device. I would not recommend using this service.

My experience with uber link was great! I sent my phone on a Monday and received an email by Tuesday night with a price! Everything was quick and easy.

I am very unhappy with the revised offer. The iPad was fully working and had no damage, so reducing the valuation from around £115 to £14 seems excessive and difficult to justify. I would appreciate a clear explanation for such a substantial downgrade.

Sent iPhone 16 pro max and chose the worst condition possible which is “Not Working”

Quotes £374, took all day to “inspect” the phone after receiving it in the morning. Took till 5pm to offer me a revised price of £135…

Phone works has hairline crack on front and back that is all. Now say it can take 2 days before they even get it ready for dispatch back to me. Clear scam that they are running here. My phone will inspected by a professional once it’s back to insure they haven’t been pinching things out of it. Terrible company sell your devices to someone else
