Extremely Disappointed – No Refund, No Response
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and service from the UAE Permit Team.
I applied for a visa on October 8th, 2024, but withdrew my application just 30 minutes later, as allowed by their refund policy. Since then, I have tried multiple times to contact the company via email, live chat, and phone, but I have received no response.
To date, I have not received the visa, the refund, or even an acknowledgment of my emails. This is unacceptable, especially given their stated refund policy that allows for a partial refund in such situations.
I urge UAE Permit to take action immediately to resolve this matter. Failing to communicate with customers and honor refund policies reflects very poorly on their professionalism and reliability and I can really not recommend this company to anyone.
I hope this review will prompt a resolution.
