I have used this agency twice now to obtain a UAE visa, and I have no complaints. Their customer service is highly proactive, and my visa was issued within 24 hours of application.
The second time, I encountered a payment issue where the transaction was processed twice. However, their customer service resolved the matter efficiently and refunded me within 48 hours.

Highly recommend Uaepermit for visa application. I had problems with applying for a tourist visa for my mother. I tried another agency before but they were really not helpful.
