Amazing service
Must say I was a little apprehensive about applying for my Emirates ID and obtaining a bank account in the UAE. However Peter and May made the whole process an absolute breeze. From the driver, to medical to biometrics all in one day to receiving my Emirates ID. Once the ID was received Peter and May went over and beyond to assist me in obtaining an Emirates sim card and then a bank account all in the space of a few hours. I can not thank them enough for making the whole process so simple

A smooth experience
The company and it's employees do all they can do to make the experience of working with them as smooth as possible. They are pro-active but also always there to help with whatever I need., In my case this especially applies to Maynalin (but it also appies to the other employees: for instance the driver and contactperson I was provided with in Dubai created a very nice and personal experience!) I just happen to be in contact with Maynalin most of the time and she is the 'go to' person for many things for me), So far I am very happy with my choice to work with this company!

They tricked me
They tricked me. On the sales call I ask to know all the cost up front to know what to expect once I have my business. They told me it would cost me 12K AED to renew my business license. Now that I completed the process, they are asking me to pay 20K AED to renew my business license.
I ask the price to add someone with visa on my company. They quoted me 8,000 AED. Once my company was created and wanted to add someone, they changed the price to 11,000 AED.
In their quote, the banking assistance and coordination was included and 500 AED was allocated for this service. Once my business was created and had my emirates ID, I was ready to proceed with the bank account creation and they would simply tell me that it was not included and I have to pay something like 1500 AED for it. I had to go back and forth 3 times by sending them proof of payment and their initial quotes, they tried to make me pay 1500 AED... Wasted 2 weeks and I had to send an email to threat them that I will report them if they don't proceed with the service I paid, and they did it after.
Go with another agency... They are overpriced, they trick you by changing their price once you are locked in.

Firstly, you utilized our services a year ago for the incorporation of your company, a process facilitated by our Platinum Partnership with the Dubai Government Registry.
Not only did we provide your Trade Licence at direct registry costs, but we were also clear about these costs from the very beginning.
Secondly, your comments about the banking services are perplexing. Let's set the record straight: this was a complimentary service, extended as a goodwill gesture, and not part of your contractual agreement with us. This detail was unambiguously specified in your signed service invoice.
Furthermore, regarding your concerns about renewal fees, we have consistently maintained transparent pricing, which is readily available in our public marketing materials. Moreover, as Platinum Partners with the Dubai Government Registry, we continue to offer these services at direct Government Registry fees.
Given this context, your public critique seems notably unfounded and divergent from the factual history of our engagement.
We are open to a direct conversation to rectify any misunderstandings and would appreciate it if you would consider doing so.
