I engaged this company in 2025 to incorporate and administer a UAE free-zone company. The contract I signed was reasonable: small defined subsidies, a free
No-Objection Certificate (NOC), and a requirement of 30 calendar days' written notice before any amendment of the terms.

Everything below is documented in writing, and I hold every document:

- At least four different versions of their Terms & Conditions appeared within 15 months, each attached to an invoice or renewal document, each more onerous.
Exit-related charges grew from AED 4,500 to AED 7,500 to over AED 10,000, under four different names ("Embedded Subsidy", "NOC fee", "compliance-retention fee",
"NOC administration fee"). The contract I actually signed makes the NOC free of charge.
- I asked repeatedly, in writing, which communication constituted the required 30-day amendment notice. I never received an answer. The written reply was: "We do not
intend to enter into further debate."
- The "final" renewal agreement containing new terms was first sent to me for e-signature the day before my licence expired, with a note that AED 50 per day would
apply after expiry.
- I offered in writing, before expiry, to renew immediately on the terms I had signed. Renewal was never offered on those terms. The licence expired, and government
fines accrued daily.
- A later renewal invoice arrived with my original signed terms attached — while a footer note stated that payment would bind me to a different, never-signed 2026
version.
- On WhatsApp I was told renewal "has to be done through us" and that a direct request to the free zone "may not go through". Two months later, the same company
stated in writing to the free zone that renewal is separate from the NOC and that I could renew directly.
- Unsigned 2026 versions I was asked to accept included clauses threatening criminal complaints over Trustpilot and Google reviews.

If you use this company: read every attachment to every invoice, compare it word-for-word against what you signed, and keep everything in writing.

By far the worst possible experience!!

I was sold a dream and a very attractive package to setup my business in the UAE. I was stupid enough to actually go with this company whose reviews are also bought. They have been an absolute nightmare. First, my visa didn't work out, then every time i asked for help to be able to use the launched business license, they asked me for more money for every little shitty thing. So I never even got to use the license and I just wanted the year to finish so I can close it and NOW comes the worst part. The liquidation of a company license that I NEVER even used will cost me more than 8000USD!!! Keep in mind I paid almost 4000USD to set it up and didn't make a single dollar with this license and now they want to charge me 8000USD to cancel the f***ing license.
I cannot afford to pay it and they are taking their sweet time, whilst the government is now piling up penalties on me that i also have to pay. This is a disaster.

The worst.

Setting up a company under time pressure is never easy, particularly when residency is also part of the process. At first, my case was managed by Tyrone, and subsequently by Manilen and Bryce. I cannot speak highly enough of the way they handled each stage.

As with any bureaucratic procedure, there were moments where patience was required. However, at every juncture, the team kept me thoroughly informed, clearly explained each step, and, most importantly, never overpromised. Their transparency and guidance ultimately enabled me to complete both the company registration and residency within the tight timeline I required.

Manilen was consistently discreet, efficient, and professional, ensuring that all necessary documentation was properly prepared and submitted. Bryce was exceptional. He went above and beyond, offering reassurance throughout, keeping me fully apprised of what was required and when, and helping me remain composed (not an easy task) so that everything was completed on time.

While some suggest that this process can be handled independently, the reality is far more complex. Emirates Group turned what could have been a daunting experience into a smooth and successful experience. I truly could not have achieved this outcome without their support.

My experience with Europe Emirates Group was disappointing.

The onboarding process was efficient and professional. However, during the course of the engagement, additional fees arose that I did not expect based on my initial understanding of the service. When I later decided to move to another provider, I was required to pay a substantial exit/NOC fee in order to proceed.

While I understand that corporate service providers operate under regulatory and compliance obligations, I found the process and associated charges to be disproportionate and felt under significant pressure at the point of exit. I attempted several times to raise my concerns at the time, including escalating the matter, but the issue was not resolved to my satisfaction.

This review reflects my personal experience and perspective as a former client. Others may have a different experience, but based on mine, I would recommend that prospective clients seek full written clarity on all fees, exit requirements, and NOC-related costs before engaging.

One of the scariest things I’ve ever done set up a company in another country (Dubai). But unfortunately, the UK gave me no choice. Thankfully, the Europe Emirates group made the whole process incredible. I felt safe, looked after, communication was amazing. I could not recommend this company more. Bryce it was absolutely fantastic, the WhatsApp conversations were so fluent and quick. Habiba was so nurturing, understanding and incredibly knowledgeable about the whole experience. Patrick my driver well… there are no words, Patrick was phenomenal. I can’t believe the professionalism, friendly nature and ability to get me to the front of the queue when he drove me to 2 different locations. I was only waiting for 10 minutes max whereas other people were waiting about three hours. This meant I could have more fun in Dubai as as well as network. If you are considering moving to Dubai to be honest, it is a no brainer, especially from the UK but if you do not use this company, I wish you luck. Because this company went above and beyond highly recommended.
