Needed a steel wheel to make up a spare wheel ,found it very easy to find the right fit for my BMW .I found this site the cheapest for the wheel and with free delivery you cant go wrong. Thank you Tyre Guru .

I bought a single steel wheel for my SEAT, after mine was buckled in an accident. Tyres Guru quoted 3-5 days for delivery and it arrived, direct from the manufacturer in Germany, in four days. It was the correct wheel, from the OEM manufacturer. . . and at £36.50, a THIRD of the price I was quoted by the SEAT dealer! I'd seen other poor reviews for Tyres Guru and I knew they were just 'factors' relying on the manufacturer or wholesalers to deliver the right stuff on time, but I can't fault the service they gave me and it was brilliant value!

Absolutely appalling. I ordered two tyres on Monday and I was amased how long it took them to dispatch the tyres and give me a tracking number, but it gets MUCH worse. The order arrived at my selected garage on Thursday but I phoned the garage on Friday morning to confirm all was ok and it turns out only one tyre arrived!!!! Tyres Guru then asked me to sign an affidavit to confirm only 1 tyre arrived and to accept full legal liability if this is found to be false!!! They say they have ordered another tyre for me but I will believe it when I see it. I will not be surprised if I have to buy another pair elsewhere and take legal action against them.

Excellent service from this company who delivered 4 4 season tires to a mobile fitter in Edinburgh I have used before - Steve Ritchie of Pronto Mobile Tires who also gave excellent service. For unusual tires in UK market - such as 4 season - this is a great way to buy them and at prices the big tire chains cannot match.

Definately recommend this company. Tyre delivered in good condition and ready to fit. Price was reasonable as well.

Ordered a tyre on 27/12 and am still waiting for it. No communication except to say it would be dispatched soon, that was on 07/01. Original delivery was supposed to be 3-5 days not weeks. Only used this company as others wanted to charge extra as was only ordering one tyre. By the time I get it I’ll probably need to buy a replacement spare.

Ordered a tyre and received an email to say that the order had been cancelled. A few days later the same tyre was on the web-site but at an increase price? This is my first order and it will be my last. I have been using another online tyre company based in Ireland for a while now without a problem and only used Tyres Guru because the tyre i wanted was out of stock.

Had to order a run flat tyre to replace a punctured one. Took 2 working days to arrive at the chosen garage, which is reasonable. Price was reasonable.

Used TyreGuru for the first time. Disappointed with zero comms after order and difficult access to account page. Half expected to have to claim via PayPal to get a refund. Tyres then arrived within 4 days, not the 10 offered so I had to store them for a week before fitting. This also meant that payment came out of my account earlier than expected - not good at this time of year. So a GOOD is all I can offer. Touch cheaper than TyreLeader, but I'll go back to those guys next time now...

I ordered a set of 4 tyres. 1 month later still waiting... Rubbish customer service, ridiculous delivery time.
Now I just hope that I'll get what I paid for. If I get them ever...

Worst possible experience, bought tyres with rims 29/10/2018 not a single email or call or anything else regarding my order, called uk number on 14/11/2018, have been told that rims wasn't in stock but they have been ordered now and will be in stock after two days, then i will receive email with estimate when i will get my rims with tyres. I was hoping i will get them before winter starts :) but you not believe me after 2h i received email my order has been cancelled! What a scammers, don't trust them!

Good price on the tyre, but it is where it ends. There was no notification of the tyres arriving at the garage it was sent to. So I was waiting for two weeks before figuring that it must have been there by than. The garage did not have time for another week to put them on and the cost of assembly was double than quoted. Considering that that particular garage was selected due to the advertised low cost despite of the considerable distance, this seems like a dirty trick to me.

Ordred 4 winter tyres that were showing in stock .Stated delivery was 4 days,Got order confirmation within 2 days but no firm date only info saying I would receive an e mail when shipping.It is now 15 days later and no tyres despite 5 phone calls and 5 e mails.Promised on 2 occasions that a manager would call be but nothing.Was told that there were 82 tyres in stock in European warehouse but they had despatch problems would be a 4 /5 day delay...now 3 times that .Will now ask for a refund. Am contacting Trading standards re this.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

ordered tyres claimed as in stock. payment taken but no sign of delivery after 14 days with explanation they are too busy to process the order (not that they don't have them).
