This is the first time that I have used this company. Having been badly let down by two other companies I was hoping that 'Two Face' would be a professional and helpful company. I spoke with Max and Hannine who were more than helpful and great communicators. I ordered product and it arrived early tye following day. K wasxfery impressed and ordered more.....Once again it arrived early the following day. Very impressive company and so goad that I am now dealing with a professional abd true to their word company. We were genuinely surprised to see this 1 star review, especially considering you’ve placed four successful orders with us previously, each fulfilled without issue.
Regarding your most recent order, DPD tracking confirms the parcel was delivered and collected on 1st July 2025 at 13:28, with both a time-stamped photograph and confirmation under your name. Furthermore, there was no communication from you before this review: no email, call and no refund request.
We’re always available and happy to resolve any genuine concerns when customers reach out directly. Unfortunately, using a public review platform to make a claim that doesn’t align with the delivery records is unfair and misleading.

Thank you for raising your suspicion.
As per the law in the UK, any non-essential product purchased, is subject to VAT.
VAT is implemented as 20% of the total spend and is borne by the end consumer.
I am afraid you will find this "suspicious" tax regime across all retailers; we’re just transparent and show your contribution at checkout, hence why we don’t include it in the original cost.
Tax calc:
Net purchase: £84
VAT: £16.8
Gross purchase: £100.80
It appears the only suspect thing here, is your math and your 2* rating, which clearly should be upgraded to 5*!

I can't remember the exact date of experience but anyway .. im over in the states and my experience with them was pretty good in my opinion. I was just impatient with my order so I kind of sent a few emails regarding it but Jannine was quick to reply to my email and made sure my order was shipped off quickly.

BEWARE SCAM COMPANY !
This company SCAMS people out of their money! I placed an order for around £75 and have simply not received the products nor any sort of communication or tracking of shipment from the company! I have sent a total of 3 emails and have not had a single one replied to. My order was supposed to arrive today and I'm guessing is not going to arrive at all. They claim a lot judging by the reviews that its often an issue with customs which I highly doubt.
As well as today being a Saturday, I have a ring door bell so I am 100% certain that I have had NO DELIVERY. This company seems to be very quick in responding to negative reviews that may harm their business and ability to scam more people but are very slow in responding to people's emails about refunds and lack of/NONE customer service.
Like I do with every other SCAM business I will be reporting this website and another aliases this website comes under.
*DISCLAIMER* I am a content creator online and I like to warn people on companies such as these!

Looking at the facts, which we like to do as a regulated pharmacy…
Your order was placed on Thursday after our 3pm cut-off for next business day delivery. As it was a nationwide bank holiday, our company, like most, was closed for Good Friday, Easter weekend and Bank holiday Monday.
Our team is very small, so during these periods, we like to ensure that everyone has a well-deserved break and rest. This accounts for your lack of response over the Bank holiday, as staff did not have access to their work emails.
As we were unable to deliver your order to you over the Bank holiday, due to the closure of our businesses and staff members being with their families for Easter, we refunded and cancelled your order, to avoid you having to reach out any more than you already have.
We apologise that we’re only able to respond to you today, as our first day back in office, but as stated previously, our staff do not work weekends or Bank holidays, as you will find with the majority of UK businesses.
We wish you the very best of luck with your ongoing content creation career and hope the information we provided above, puts your mind at ease and confirms that you have not in fact been scammed.

Zero communication
I placed an order with express international delivery.
After 5 days the order status hasn't changed so I messaged them.
Immediately after my message (1 minute later) I got notified that my order was cancelled because "it wouldn't pass customs".
Honestly, I don't think anything has been shipped because I didn't get any shipment notifications or tracking updates. Also it seems unlikely that my order was returned by customs the exact minute I messaged them. Especially given that I've ordered this product before and never had a customs issue.
What I think happened is they forgot about my order for several days and then cancelled it as soon as I messaged them. Otherwise I'd get a dispatch notice and/or would have been contacted regarding the customs issues. And if they did contact me, I'd give them an alternative UK address instead of cancelling the order.
What a disappointment! I really need this product to get ready for a surgery. Any waste of time is really crucial and frustrating.
Also their communication style is bizarre and quite rude. They wouldn't even say "hello", let alone "sorry for the inconvenience". Even chat bots have better manners than their support agents.
P.S. ordered the same product from another UK store and it was delivered the next day with zero customs issues.

We’re a small, family-run GPhC licensed pharmacy and try our very best to provide all customers the best experience we can. Unfortunately, some things are out of out control and customs clearance is one of them.
Our customer service team informed you, via our online chat, that we received your parcel from customs, following its failure to clear - we have no control over individual checks conducted at customs, including appropriate licenses permitting the import of medical devices. Consequently, we aim to inform customers of any issues as soon as possible and provide either a replacement or a refund, which we actioned in your case.
All confirmations and updates were emailed to you via our e-commerce store.
