If I could leave minus stars,I would but one star is sadly as low as I can go. Placed my order on March 11th with their now infamous "next day" delivery. I have sent two emails since chasing the order, both of which have been completely ignored. Now I have received an automated message saying my order has been cancelled because they can't fulfil it. A few questions 1) How dare you take money for goods you don't know you can supply? 2) Where is any semblance of customer support? 3) Why advertise next day delivery when you know you can't achieve it? 4) Where is my money?
Order from these people at your own risk!

As a regulated UK pharmacy and MHRA-authorised wholesaler, we operate to strict clinical and regulatory standards. This means we will only fulfil orders where we are fully confident they can be supplied correctly, compliantly, and to the required standard, even where that results in cancellation.
To clarify:
- We do not guarantee next-day delivery. All delivery timeframes are clearly stated in our terms.
- Your order was cancelled as it could not be fulfilled within those standards.
- A full refund has already been issued.
We appreciate this may be frustrating, but this does not change the facts above. In a regulated medical supply environment, decisions are made based on compliance, safety and professional standards, not convenience or expectation.

A couple of important facts are missing here.
Your order was dispatched on time. There were two failed delivery attempts, and at no point did you contact our team to resolve it. We can’t fix what we’re not told about.
We also don’t guarantee next-day delivery. It’s a third-party courier service, not a controlled environment - it relies on successful delivery at the address provided.
It’s also worth noting this 1★ review sits alongside a 5★ review for an unregulated supplier. That contrast speaks for itself.
Had you been in touch, we’d have resolved this quickly - that’s exactly what we’re here for.

NEVER RECIEVED PACKAGE.
ORDERED SEVERAL PRODUCTS IN FEBRUARY COSTING APPROXIMATELY 500.00 U.S. THE DELIVERY WAS 2 TO 7 DAYS. I NEVER RECIEVED ITEMS AND THE PACKAGE WAS NEVER SENT APPARENTLY.I CONTACTED THE COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESOLUTION. AFTER MULTIPLE EMAILS I FINALLY RECIEVED A RESPONSE TELLING ME TO CONTACT THE POST OFFICE. THIS IS THE SHIPPERS RESPONSIBILITY. THE ITEMS WERE BEING SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY . I REQUESTED A REFUND AND NO RESPONSE. I WILL CONTINUE TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH MY BANK!!! JANNINE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I HIGHLY ADVISE NOT TO ORDER WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

For clarity for readers, Two Face Aesthetics Limited operates as a regulated UK pharmacy and licensed wholesale distributor. As such, we are required to follow strict regulatory, traceability, and audit controls when supplying medical devices.
Medical devices are therefore not normally eligible for return once dispatched. Despite this, we agreed to accept a return in this instance purely as a gesture of goodwill, with a refund to be processed once the item had been returned and inspected. This process was clearly explained in writing.
Before the return had been received back to us, a chargeback was raised and this review was submitted. This also appears to be the reviewer’s first Trustpilot review.
While we always aim to be reasonable and transparent, goodwill resolutions rely on adherence to the agreed process. We do not alter regulatory requirements or issue refunds early in response to pressure, chargebacks, or negative reviews.
We remain confident in our processes and in the many long-standing customers, clinics, and suppliers who trust us to operate compliantly, professionally, and fairly.

I did however recieve one less filler than I ordered. I have reached out to them twice about this and never recieved a response.
Was my first and last order. I have just started up in aesthetics so don't appreciate being out of pocket before I even start. And the lack of communication is not good at all.

Order never arrived and never got a…
Order never arrived and never got a response other than no refunds,tried to cancel it before it shipped as order was a mistake. I am out 270 bucks for a scam. Last shipping update shows delivered to New York, no idea where they got that location from. Order was placed in June in case there is a delay concern. Any feedback at all from the company would be nice.
Update:
The company emailed me and accused me of defaming them, I sent screenshots of multiple emails I had they claimed werent sent as well as screenshots of the tracking number showing it went to the wrong place.
They tried to claim I signed for it under a different name in a different state.
I wasnt going to escalate this if they just pretended to be honest people, now I am going to contact my bank and multiple consumer protection agencies.

I've yet to purchase from them but I was checking them out on here to gauge whether it was legit. I've been struggling with depression and insomnia because I had a baby born hearing impaired and I decided to read the negative reviews and responses from the company. Let me tell you the company came with receipts and checked every negative review 😂 I was literally cracking up so thank you for lifting my spirits a bit and putting a little more faith into me purchasing from you in the future
