Very reasonable prices - over keen on feedback
Great products at very reasonable prices. Handling charge can seem a little steep if only ordering one or two items, and the company is very very keen on receiving feedback, with an automated request for this almost as soon as the order is placed. That being said, delivery was prompt, and out of stock items were automatically refunded. Must be good, because I have now placed and received a second order.

NASTY PEOPLE WHO PREVENT RETURNS
A nasty company who will sell you vapes etc quickly but if there is any sort of problem then they suddenly become nasty and put up barriers to prevent a return- you must download invasive tracking software to access a PDF file for which you need a subscription to a PDF writer to fill out and then YOU HAVE TO PAY RETURN POSTAGE YOURSELF AND NEVER GET THIS REFUNDED! Awful company, AVOID!!!

Here at TWL, we follow an RMA procedure that helps us keep track of your return in case this is lost or stolen on its way back to us.

Please fill this to the best of your knowledge and once filled send it back to us with your return, I will then be able to process your return,
Our RMA is a simple PDF that does not need any special software to view, normally it opens in a browser, if your PC is asking you to download any software, it’s your PC that is messing about and not ours.
Furthermore, you do not need any PDF editor as our PDF is not a form to fill, you may print or write down required details on a piece of paper and send it along with the products. The RMA procedure is just to make sure to associate returns with the customer when received as explained earlier.
I explained everything previously via email but you keep on insisting that our website wants you to download some software, rest assured, our site does not want to you install any software to read PDF files. Please get your PC checked for viruses.

Big disappointment
Ordered earphones, wired and wireless. Couldnt be more dissappointed wasted money on earphones (wired) that make constant noise and can’t hear people on a call and (wireless) that have been charger but don’t do anything whatsoever.
