If there were negative stars that is…
If there were negative stars that is what I would rate the new tv guide app. In today's times i get a general feeling that the people who develop these things either don't ever actually use them or because they have the inside track can get things to work that the consumer can't. I too have switched to some generic tv listing and it is awesome. It is human nature to resist change but this isn't change this is a bait and switch. I don't stream, 62 and still working more than full time, but I get the impression that the new tv guide app is all about streaming and there either is or will be money to be made. Money seems to be all that matters. Interestingly the computer version of tv guide is still awesome! Unless tv guide wants rid of all their customers? Loyalty means nothing. Goodbye TV guide after relying on you for over 50 years. Horrible app, beyond horrible!
I hate the new TV Guide App..so…
I hate the new TV Guide App..so confusing and the listings format is so hard to read. I can’t find summary of the shows listed. Please fix it or go back to the previous app format as it was user friendly & straight forward.
Blatantly worse than before...
The "Now" button no longer works properly - you need also to set the date. Since when is "now" ambiguous? And sometimes, the website just ignores "Now" and just goes back to wherever the listings were before.
Listings often land at wrong hour, often 30 minutes off.
Removed feature: Looking at a single channel's listings for the day. I used this all the time. GONE!
One (and only one) feature seems to have "improved": When you hit "Read More" on a program and then hit the browser's back key, at least it appears to return to where you left off.
Thanks tvguide.com for delivering a crummy experience. I didn't think it could get any worse. I was wrong.
Horrible new app
Horrible new app, very confusing. Please bring back the old app!
For years now, CBS, channel 7.1 doesn’t appear in my listings. I have reported this issue numerous times with no follow up from TV Guide. The TV Guide magazine is often outdated, so I rely on the TV Guide app as a backup. This new app version is incredibly bad. It’s so disappointing. 😞
New TV guide on my iPad
New TV guide on my iPad. I wish you could make the tv channel numbers on the left side smaller. Ian only 70 yrs old and my eyesight over the years has only improved. My eyes are so damned good I can see a flea on a rabbits ass from 1000 yards.
Your doing a great job.
Now, can you bring back the old TV guide, the one I could actually read and use?

Another case of trying to fix something not broken.. Worst upgrade I've ever seen. Only 3 hours into the future. No favorites. No color coding. Why? Why? Why? Deleting until these are available

Your most recent upgrade is garbage. When I click on the listing, all I see is when the shop mirrored. I don’t know who does your website design and upgrades, but you need to replace them. It would be quicker to scroll through the TV and look at the listing itself. Thanks for nothing.
It it isn’t broken
It it isn’t broken, don’t fix it comes to mind in regards to the new TV guide updated app. I can navigate ok to a degree, however, I struggle with finding the detail of what the show is about ie. the description.
Also, the wording is very small and find myself looking for my readers in order to see the listings clearly.
I am with the others...please ditch the new and bring back the old app.
Very disappointed in the “upgraded”…
Very disappointed in the “upgraded” app; I especially miss the “search” functionality that allowed me to search channels at the higher end (1200 and above). Now it takes me forever and a day to get there. I join the chorus of others who are begging to bring the old version back.
I can't stand the new upgrade
I can't stand the new upgrade. I loved the app just the way it was. If it does not change, I will delete it. It is useless and time consuming in my opinion.

New app is completely useless. The channel numbers are so small as to be nearly “useless” and it does not tell you what tonight’s episode of a given program is, rather inducating all of the streaming possibilities and every other episode. Says Nova was on last night which it clearly was not!

The new TV Guide app is horrible
The new TV Guide app is horrible! I used it daily and now will probably delete it. I just want to scroll listings and see a show synopsis. Bombarded with adds and promos for shows I will NEVER watch, search is awful- can no longer search for a channel, takes forever to load and no more movie posters for old movies (TCM) which I loved. If they don’t switch back soon I will delete and look for something else. Worst update ever! I would give it 0 stars if I could!
What an unmitigated disaster
After teasing us for a month about the great new TV guide on the way you delver a xxxx. Summaries of individual shows ar missing and the whole thing is rife with latency in the presentation. Blocks of programming are either wrong of missing. It’s so bad the Comcast guide looks tremendous by comparison. I’ve stopped using your guide other than checking in occasionally to see if you fixed anything.
BRING BACK THE TIME SEARCH FUNCTION
The January 2021 update is TERRIBLE. Episode descriptions don't exist. More importantly, it only displays the next 3 hours of listings. The function that allowed me to choose "Tonight", "Yesterday", "Tomorrow", or to select a future date, AND TIMEFRAME, is essential. BRING IT BACK!!

This “new and improved” version is ridiculous. No previews of any shows, slow to load, limited in times to be seen. If I were on the Board of Directors, I would be firing people, demanding a refund, and returning to what was working. Bad show, folks.
This app is worse than the old one
This app is worse than the old one. It is very slow. If you use the search feature the program comes up, but it doesn’t tell you when it’s on or what channel. Go back to the old format!

The new TV Guide is horrible. The viewing of the TV schedule is encombered and over whelmed by its colours and presentational format. It now restricts the schedule viewing to 3.5 hours. Before you could view many, many hours of scheduling in advance. You can no longer select movies, news, etc. out that was in a special selection area or select favorite channels. IMPROVE THIS NEW APP OR GO BACK TO THE OLD APP.

The new app for TV guide is unusable. We will have to find something else to use to find out what is on. We use cable tv. This is the worst attempt to provide information that I have ever seen. Will be deleting the app. It is a waste of time. No directions, for all the changes. No channel number. Less than half of the channels available are listed. The detail is gone.
