I agree with all the terrible reviews. Bring the old app back! I want to see shows by the current hour. I want to see a synopsis of the current episode. I don't want extraneous channels. I have an antenna and just want local stations. Listen to your users!!!

TV Guide used to be better in their application since they have modified the new TV Guide app it is a piece of s*** it is horrible do not download this app or even think about using it.

The new version is terrible!!! The are no descriptions of shows. I wanted to see who was hosting Saturday night live and it gave a short history of the show instead of the name of the host.

What happen worst ever i have to add my favorits everytime i log on to see if my shows are new no info not up to date please go back to old verison this has to be fixed please

This new version of TV Guide is completely useless. I would give negative stars if I could. Will be deleting app from my phone.

This new guide is not helpful at all. I keep thinking that perhaps I am missing something and using it incorrectly! But there are no program descriptions and the generic description given is not helpful at all. When I use a guide, I am looking to see not only what time a program is available but also which episodes are new as well as the title of the episode or the season with the episode number.
Unfortunately whoever “revamped” this doesn’t appear to have have used any type of guide before.
Perhaps you could ask the people that actually USE the app for their thoughts and ideas and incorporate them.
Hopefully you listen to your users and either go back to the old format or make changes to this horrible design so that it’s actually useful.

What idiot makes decisions on app usability. Obviously no one who ever used the TV Guide app. No color coding and no descriptions of the specific episode. It’s worthless. Cut you losses and just return to the previous version. And fire the idiot.

I hate the new app. Very confusing. Can’t tell if program is new or old one then can’t read what the episode is about. Etc etc. please fix this.

The ‘new’ app is completely useless. They do not give any information about what is showing except a general
description of the show’s concept. One show that shares a title with a 1970s show even has the information for the previous show rather than the current one. This is the absolute worst update of any app that I’ve ever seen. I’ll give it a month to correct, then I delete.

This is really really bad! Whoever suggest or approved this change should resign effective immediately. You can’t even read the entire name of a show...what were you thinking? Please restore the old format!!!!

The updated version is a prime example of “You should have left well enough alone!” It takes forever to load the listings. When you click on a title, it no longer tells you anything about that day’s episode. This is now an app that is a total waste of time. I’m deleting it right now.

I would give Version 6.0. zero stars if that was an option.

I was a happy user of the app since 2013. It was a great resource for this couch potato to plan ahead.

That ended in 1/2021 with v.6.0.
The "new" Watchlist is very disappointing. My entire TV & movie list is gone. I can't even start over because the app won't let me add (or re-add) shows/ movies. I was not successful with the desktop version either.
Surprisingly, it still shows my "favorite" cable channels, but is slow to load the filters. My Xfinity app does the same thing, and is faster.
Customer support is no help. They used to respond to my Feedback within 1-2 days. But ever since the new app was launched, they have been non-responsive.
I tried other TV apps, None of them come close to having the features that the previous TVG app had.
Are there any programmers out there who would join with me in creating our own app?

Please somebody tell me how I can get the old app back I can’t use this new TV Guide app it is no help to me at all the old TV Guide app told me everything what was coming on for the night which episode why would they do this to something that was so useful and good now it’s a useless app on my phone that should be deleted soon if they don’t change back

TV guide used to be my favorite app. It loaded quickly and told me exactly what I needed to know. What was on when, exactly which episode was playing, and if it was new or a repeat. Now it does none of those things. Why should I keep it?

YOU FREAKIN MORONS!! YOU DROPPED THE COLOR CODING!! IT WAS QUICK & EASY TO FIND MOVIE LISTINGS, SPORTS, ETC.

This has to be the most successful downgrade ever. Their plan must be to charge us for reverting back to the old version.

I travel regularly between two towns and now I can’t change the original sign in location to get the schedule for the other town. Maybe they want to loose customers. I agree the app is NOT USER FRIENDLY! Has anyone found an 800 customer service number for the app? All I get is for the magazine!

I’ve seen some app updates before that were not improvements but never an update so awful that the entire app is rendered useless. This, for me, is the worst update I’ve ever seen of an app. Would like to speak to the utter morons who designed this just to hear what they could have been thinking in removing every piece of useful functionality.

I can’t even....!!! It’s like I’ve moved to Mars.... worst app in the history of every app in the world....totally useless.

You ruined this app. Bring back the old app! Old app was easy to use everything was there, listings, favorites and sports. New app is terrible. Doesn’t deserve even one star.
