(which has just had an appallingly bad redesign)

The new version of TV Guide doesn't have all the features that made the old one so good. The old one allowed you to select your preferred channels, gave easy synopsis of programs, a 3 hour spread of programs and gave the channel nos.

As with other reviewers, this was once good, but is now abysmal. In addition to the faults already reported, if you click on a movie title to get more info, it is now impossible to get back to the schedule. Only solution is to start from scratch. Rubbish!

Recent update has made this app completely useless. Doesn't even give the channel number anymore so you don't know what number to key into your remote to watch something.

terrible recent update days ago to new format with now only 2 hour display window even more skimpy programme details than before what was an acceptable way of seeing the tv schedules the present or upcoming days has become a joke. Bad timespan Bad presentation Bad information Bad move whoever thought this one out should be dismissed or promoted to teaboy

Used to be a decent guide however the recent update has produced an abysmal version with most of the previous features unavailable,
It doesn't even look good.

The old (yesterday 05/09/23) guide was aggravatng in so much as it used to regularly 'forget' my selection so I'd have to reset it, but the new one today....ugh
Autoscrolls thought the time slots, has lost all my settings YET AGAIN, is unusable.
Don't waste time emailing them, they NEVER reply

Decent enough app WHEN it works. When it doesn't the site won't let me log in. I get a message that my "email address is already in use, Please choose another". I am logged out of the system, browser cache was cleared and computer restarted, but I can't get logged in. Also tried two other browsers, same response. This is not the first time I have experienced this problem.

Worthless. Now they are sending out issues with 3 weeks worth of listings. Lots of prime time spots say TBD. Cancelled after 20 years.

NO ATTENTION TO ACCURACY! THERE ARE NUMEROUS ERRORS BUT LATEST EXAMPLE IS TO CAPTION A PICTURE OF GERALDINE MCEWAN WITH JOAN HICKSONS NAME!!!

Only shows prime time shows 7:00 on no daytime listings or weekends sports

It happens very often, the TV guide predicts other things instead of the actual programs. Today e.g. news, but instead there is an Atlas vs Pachuca soccer match - and this happens every day, every week, there is a completely different kind of program on TV than what TV Guide wrote.

Defective app. Won't complete set up or sign in without errors. It's going on my delete list.

Out of touch with viewer reviews of movies and series. It’s like they read the back cover of a book and use it for a book report lol! Too much click bait, must be how they make $.

The TV Guide app is GREAT, when it works! But, it only works intermittently. I honest don’t understand my having to delete then reinstall the TV Guide app time and time again only to realize a possible read on TV shows. I’d gladly pay for something that works, but even that is not an option. Sooooo disappointed in this app!

This is a waste of money. There is no daytime listing. It's all prime time. TV doesn't start at 7 pm. I do not recommend this to anyone

WORST.APP.EVER. Want the ability to just have the HD channels I watch showing. NOT all 700 HD channels that then have to be scrolled through to find the ones that MY service provider lists.
Bring back the old app!!!!!
