Tutors are good but they have poor customer service , they don't response on time. Only at the time of taking fees they communicate frequently , after that I really struggle to get classes scheduled. Throughout the year I faced same problem, even after sending many messages to schedule classes response is same, they just ignore messages .Really have very bad experience with them.

The problem with Tutopiya is, even when the tutor cancels or reschedules you end up losing an hour, and then you write, whatsapp etc and they are erratic with crediting it back. So it's a stressful experience, all in all.

The quality of the classes, tutors, and learning content is exceptional. My kids are not only learning better but actually enjoying their online sessions more than physical classes which is something I actually never expected! The platform is well-structured, engaging, and incredibly efficient.

The customer service is horrible. I requested to change exam boards for A-levels over 2 months prior and still to this day it has not been change. The customer service responder lied saying they would change it but it ended up being fake. Tutopiya does not carry this board. I come back to ask for a partial refund or any recommendation and still after two months have not been given a response. After being transferred to another customer service responder they still decide to both ignore my messages and calls for days on end.

I have already enrolled & now I am completely lost as there is no relationship person to contact.. they do not have a call centre where you can call .. so you have to just wait till someone call you

Very very bad communication, my sales person left the job amd they didn't even inform me and I kept on requesting for PTM since 60 days ,no one bother to contact me
They promise lot of things while subscription but once you pay they just forgets you....

Flexible, punctual and effective! I joined tutopiya one year before my final exams, and had Chemistry and Math tuition. I usually went to my teachers with past paper questions. Both my teachers were helpful in going further in teaching me concepts extra from what the question asked for. The customer service was also a very pleasant experience. She could answer enquiries we had punctually and communicated with the tutor on my behalf as well.

No work pressure at all and we can work according to our own pace. All the students benefit because that they get individual attention.
