Will not recommend Parhai Likhai due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of their staff. I contacted a team member regarding a tuition opportunity and received no response for almost two weeks. When I reached out to her senior (who was very polite and respectful), I shared my concerns about the lack of communication.
Instead of addressing the issue, the team member seemed to hold a personal grudge and continued ignoring me. This reflects poor client handling and a serious lack of professionalism. Their customer service is below expectations — definitely not the experience you'd want from an educational platform.

Rude staff who'd demand dumbest and illogical thing. All was going well while I was communicating with a staff named Bushra and then came her manager probably Fatima was her name. She behaved like I was her underling or she owns me and she could boss me around the way she wants. I told her to find another tutor. Worst experience ever!
