20 days and I still don’t have my…

20 days and I still don’t have my husband’s birthday present. 5 days since I started pestering them about a shipping date/update. While the digital image is very cool, means nothing without the actual gift. Lack of communication is infuriating. I’m guessing their recent promotion maybe overwhelmed them a bit. Customer service is hard! I know. I have a company with hundreds of clients, and employees who handle customer service. But all they need to do is manage client/customer expectations; communication is key. No one likes to be ignored. No one likes to purchase something way in advance, only to have it not arrive in time….. for a birthday. You can have an awesome product, but if you can’t get it TO the customer, it doesn’t matter. I’m hoping they’ll figure out their bottleneck in logistics. Fingers crossed. The product itself is probably great! And for the very detail oriented, it’s 17 days if I don’t count Sundays.

This is completely a SCAM

This is completely a SCAM! $59 for a “digital” portrait? If I wasn’t the person scammed this would have been hilarious. You can just go online and use an AI filter to create a digital portrait of anyone, why pay $59. They even require detailed shipping information…for what? Total SCAM! Don’t buy. Go to the other websites where you can see reviews of actual canvases.

Customer Service? Do they know what that means?

Thought I was ordering a portrait not just a digital file even though my order asked for shipping instructions. “Shipping method FREE SHIPPING - preview in 1-2 business days, after your approval delivery will take 5-10 b.d.” When I did not receive physical portrait I sent email to customer service address requesting information. There is no way to reach them by phone and customer support says it will get back to you within 3 days. After multiple attempts I finally received a reply which said I needed to send additional money for actual physical portrait. I immediately made the payment and was told that I would receive a tracking number when item was shipped. The tracking number received circled me back to original “digital only” order. When portrait arrived I received the wrong portrait. Emailed customer service again and finally received proper portrait 10 days after the birthday it was meant for. Pleased with final result however the runaround from Customer Service and not being able to speak to someone from the beginning ruined the whole experience. One phone call could have solved everything and the gift would have come in plenty of time.

Don’t do it.

You don’t explain on your website what you are charging for. Example: the tr ugh is you are charging $59 for a PDF file and then the. Consumer has to pay MORE to have it printed somewhere else. That charge for. A PDF file is outrageous.
The work of your “artists” to place a head on a pre- created picture is a joke. The put them on crooked. Then by the time they reply OVER 24 hours, you are now obligated to buy. This is a total scam. Be honest with your customers!!

Do not order from these people!

Do not order from these people!! I placed my order 2 months ago and it still hasn’t been shipped. It took them weeks to come up with an acceptable draft, initial versions were just awful. Then they managed to misplace the correct draft. Customer service is an absolute joke as it takes them several days to reply to each email and they don’t seem to keep track of previous communications. I asked for a refund as I got very frustrated with how long it is taking and was told I would only receive 80% of my money back despite the fact that on their website they provide a 100% money back guarantee!!! This was a very bad choice of a provider. I’ve never had a worse customer experience in my life, it’s a complete shambles. Do not make the same mistake.

The painting is very bright and vibrant. It matches well with all of our family portraits in the family room. I was glad all members of the family were added to the portrait.

I am not reviewing the portrait as I haven't received it yet.

I am not reviewing the portrait as I don't even have the preview yet. Turn Me Royal has to have more a sense of urgency when they are communicating. It can take three days between each email. I use another company and ordered two portraits the same day. They respond the same day, have already sent the preview, had it approved and its being prepped for shipping. I don't even have a preview yet.

BEWARE

BEWARE! I tried to order a picture, but my bank wouldn't let the payment go through. After a few tries, I call my bank and found out they have blocked Turn Me Royal due to fraud!! I am graceful to have a bank that blocks these scams. BEWARE!!!!

This was one of the worst purchases ever made online

I made a purchase for my wife before Mother's Day and even paid the extra in order to ensure I received the product before the special day. They sent my proof and I accepted it. However, I have still not received the product. After two attempts to get this company to provide my product, I still have not received the product, a refund, or even a call. Buyer Beware! Do not waste your hard earned money on businesses that do not fulfill their commitments.

This is one of the most awesome gifts

This is one of the most awesome gifts! I ordered the Viking couple for my husband. I was so nervous it wouldn't come in time but the Customer Service team replied to me promptly and worked with me when USPS didn't update their tracking. When I received the portrait, which looks so cool, my husband roared in excitement. We have it framed in the living room and everyone loves it.

Portrait was sent without approval of…

Portrait was sent without approval of preview- though they claimed it was sent- I provided proof I didn't get the proof email until 6 days after they approved it and sent it to printing. I also paid extra for safety shipping- it came packaged in plain plastic- no protection other than the cardboard shipper. The portrait was terrible. It looked like the person had two different faces, and there was a miscolored dividing line in the center of the portrait. The only way you can communicate is with emails, which leave you with more questions than answers. The first offer was for them to do an entirely new portrait for $35 dollars- the original $134 was gone with the wind. I declined. The second offer was for them to redo the portrait with changes I asked for at no cost- only it would be in digital form and I would have to print it myself- no canvas portrait like I purchased. Again, I declined and stated I would send the portrait back for a full refund. They accepted this, but I have to pay return shipping-nevermind the fact that this is entirely their fault, and I never received the shipping I paid for the first time. I would not recommend them as their customer service is a joke, and I believe they receive so many orders they just do a rush job.

Buyer Beware - Do Not Buy from this Company!

Product review showed horrible artwork. Requested cancel order. SEVERAL emails and days back and forth went on including today. When they finally answered they said they were charging a 20% fee for "all the work put into the item" which is ridiculous because it looked like they superimposed someone else's picture where my picture should have been and just pasted the other picture over their product. Didn't even try to make it look like it belonged in the picture. It was awful looking and there is no way anyone spent hours working on this. Total SCAM.

Truly Wonderful results !! Artists created an over-the-top gift for my friends - They will be So pleased.
The nationally-known shipping company blurred the bar code but Support at TurnMeRoyal intervened quickly and fixed that problem - got our painting within a couple of days - And were so easy to work with.
Support and artists are magicians !!
