Turnbull & Asser Omdömen 

I have been wearing Turnbull and Asser shirts for many years, and I have been consistently impressed by the exquisite quality of their fabrics, the excellent cut of their shirts, and the unique, quintessentially British designs. Unfortunately, I have noticed a recent drop in both the quality of some products and the standard of customer service.

My recent experiences were disappointing. I ordered a Dr. No shirt online that arrived with an obvious flaw (a hole in the front panel). The team at Jermyn Street was helpful and arranged a return for a refund, but the refund still hasn’t been processed, well beyond the 7-10 days processing time. Additionally, customer service has been slow to respond, which has only added to the frustration.

In another instance, I ordered two shirts for a special occasion, but I received a completely wrong order (a dress shirt and a bow tie - nothing wrong with those, just not what I ordered) with no return shipping label provided. I expect better quality control and service from a brand like Turnbull and Asser. I hope these issues are addressed, as they risk diminishing the reputation of an otherwise outstanding heritage brand.

Excellent service as always and a high quality product made in the UK. Great to support UK businesses who make high quality clothing in a world of cheap throwaway items.

I had a linen Madras shirt where parts of the weave were faulty.They made me a new shirt, no quibble.

For yet another time T&A have failed to deliver my order because they claim that the item is out of stock.
This is not the first, second or third time that this has happened over recent years
But still it’s blamed on the “system” !
After 30 years of being a customer, I think that T&A has lost me as a customer and they have lost their way as a British bespoke company.
There are plenty of Jermyn St menswear stores that will welcome my custom - dreadful customer service

Lovely shirt, delivered very quickly.

I bought a bow tie online but wanted to return it. However the prepaid return label was not sent. I have emailed and rung without reply. It has been 9 days with no reply.

I recently purchased the Casino Royale white James Bond shirt. The shirt is really fantastic quality/ wonderful fit. I would thoroughly recommend this shirt for any James Bond fan.

Fantastic Bow Tie… looked perfect, tied!!

I simply can't fault the service and the quality of every single product that I have ever had from Turnbull & Asser, I'm still wearing a cashmere sweater that was gifted to me 43 years ago. Its not surprising that the company has been going strong for almost 140 years

The products are amazing, i bought a tie online and was very happy and then wrote a review about the product itself. When i then went to their flagship store near picaddily circus i was appauled by the service. The store was empty without customers and it seemed the sales people as in plural did not care that a potential customer just entered. I was interested in a specific tie and potentially cufflinks. After ignoring me and reluctantly answering my questions with: „yes thats the tie“ in a condescending voice. i begrudgingly bought the tie and left. The products are among the best on the market but customer service really was terrible. There was an aura of arrogance which i did not experience in any of the other royal emblem stores i went to. Turnbull really was the only one with that kind of attitude. Will reconsider buying there again as the two ties that i knew i really wanted are in my possession. Future ones might be bought somewhere else
