I have been delighted with myTumella umbrella , it's an extremely strong umbrella and has withstood very gusty winds
Unfortunately one of the fixings on one the spokes got broken. However as Tumella gives a lifetime replacement, the support team without hesitation sent me a new umbrella.
It was a pleasure to deal with a small company that gave such excellent service.

I bought my Tumella umbrellas in Sept 2023 and Jan 2024 I still have and use them when it rains. They still function and work and I leave them in my car when I need it. It keeps me dry and does not flip up in the wind. I have enjoyed using them and I like reading the history of how the company started.

The company makes a promise to replace any umbrella that you have a problem with. My wife’s one was caught by a huge gust of wind and ripped from her grasp and partially turned inside out damaging one of the struts. An email to their customer service team and a no questions asked replacement arrived within 24 hours. A first class service.

This umbrella has beautiful, vibrant colors to bring some light to your rainy day. Easy open and close, doesn't flip up in windy weather. Durable and small enough to carry with you

I love how compact the umbrella is. I can take it anywhere and it doesn’t make me feel over encumbered. It also opens to a good size considering how small it is. I had one instance where it flipped over but I quickly flipped it back. I haven’t had any issues since.

I love my umbrella. It is compact and I am able to carry it with me easily in case I need it. It is very sturdy when I do need to use it. And they have awesome designs on the underside of their umbrellas

I love the design of it. It folds quickly and it’s not flimsy like most umbrellas. It covers me completely when stepping in the rain.

I like the unique and varied designs of these umbrellas. There’s one for everyone. I like the sturdy and compact structure as well.

The only umbrella I'll ever use and trust! I keep one in my car, my husbands truck, our home, and one at the office. These umbrellas are truly the best with thie durability. Ive never seen another umbrella withstand such winds especially where we live. I love these umbrellas and won't use anything else.

I received a Tumella umbrella as a gift a little over a year ago. I noticed a hole in the fabric. I contacted Customer Service, sent photos and all the requested information, and they immediately sent me a replacement, fulfilling their warranty policy. It was an excellent experience. Everything went smoothly, with excellent communication and efficiency. Thanks.

After the umbrella malfunctioned I got in touch with Tumella the same day, a Thursday, after verifying the purchase I received a replacement on Saturday. Impressive customer service

I bought an umbrella from Tumella and within a year it broke. Tumella asked me to send photos of the damage and confirmed it was covered by their "Lifetime Warranty " which the company purportedly to offer customers. They agreed, by email, that the damage would be covered but they did not send a replacement. I tried contacting Tumella several times since and they never responded. Poor customer service and false advertising in my case.

I purchased a Tumella 3 years ago for my trip to Europe. No rain which was great for our 3 week trip so never opened. Fast forward to another trip to Europe, the UK where rain is a given. When I went to pack it , it was broken. It would not stay open .
I needed another umbrella and ordered another one, LOL , even though my first was defective.
I cannot say enough about Gen in customer service.
Once I submitted the receipt from Amazon and the details they were AMAZING.
I will continue to purchase their products.

Bought Tumella following excellent revies. I live in a very windy area and it survived an extremely windy day. Unfortunately had issues closing it and contacted customer service who immediately handled my issue and sent me a new one within days. Excellent product and superb customer service.

Absolutely love my Tumella umbrella I have two of these they are perfect for my walk to work and the performance is excellent on one of mine I had a breakage so I contacted Tumella who replaced in super fast time so it’s class customer service I can’t really recommend High enougth

I bought my beautiful dahlia umbrella last summer (it’s England, rain is expected even when it isn’t!)
It was perfect, until it wasn’t but the excellent customer service from Gen, was amazing, I had a new one on my doorstep in 3 days time, with a follow up email to check if everything was ok.

I wanted a stylish yet effective umbrella that could withstand light to moderate wind. After doing my research, I came across Tumella. I purchased the “Milky Way” folding umbrella. Upon using it the first time, I noticed the sleeve had a rip and contacted customer service. Gen replied back a few hours later and was extremely helpful in sending out a new umbrella. I haven’t had any issues and it has so far worked in light wind.

I had one of their umbrellas for about a year and a half when it developed a fault ( it was an excellent brolly up to that point). I contacted their customer service department via email. I was pleasantly shocked to get a reply within half hour or so. They asked to send a photo of the fault , which I did. Again a very quick reply stating a replacement was being sent out straight away. Three days later and replacement arrived. Amazing quick and very friendly customer service and a very good product. I would ( and have) recommended this company to anybody. Well done guys !!!!
