Really disappointed in this product
Really disappointed in this product, I bought the rabbit chaser, hoping to have fun with my dog. Postage took a few days which is fine. The product itself it a tiny bit of rabbit skin with a squeaky bit inside. On a low quality lead product. In the first five minutes of play the some of the rabbit skin rubbed off leaving the leather underneath.
The handle was just super thin and flimsy. Okay product I guess but for the price over £20 I just can’t justify it.
Poorly made for the price. Better off making one at home for under £10.
A whole lot smaller as well.
Wouldn’t have bothered if I knew what I knew now.

Sorry to hear this, provided our toys have been used for supervised tug games as intended, we'd not expect this to happen.
We know mistake happen so all you need to do is get in contact and we maybe able to replace under our 45 day Tug It + Love It guarantee.
The rabbit fur is backed with a waterproof nylon to make it stronger than the hide itself. However, as an organic material it is normal for small amounts of fur to come away during first few uses.
If you can make this toy for under £10 I would love to offer you a job!
Love all Tug-E-Nuff stuff

Well made toys that last
These toys are very well made and can really stand up to brute force of our German Shepherd Hans. He loves black sheep skin toys. His chaser we've had since he's a puppy and it's still going strong now he's nearly 4. Recently bought 2 sheepskin bungee rings and he is equally enamoured by these as his older toy. We really love the quality of these. My last delivery was very quick too. Will definitely buy again.

Brilliant fun and training aids
Very easy to order. I have ordered 3 different tug e nuff toys. And for my little 5 month whippet the lure on a long leash is a brilliant way of teaching recall. I also have the lure with a squeaker in it. The clam is also very popular with her and gives her plenty of entertainment.
My 5 year old grandson loves running around the garden with the lure with my puppy chasing after him. No end of amusement.
Thanks

Amazing for puppy play and engagement
Really happy how tough the toys are. We have a Springer Spaniel pup who has destroyed everything put in front of her. Have a pocket tug and frisbee. Puppy now highly engaged during play and been really helpful with recall. May have to pay a bit more but worth it for the durability and the enjoyment the puppy gets from them.

Avoid
Avoid, overpriced and overrated. I purchased the rabbit tug and sheepskin toys - both fell apart within a month and only offered and exchange. I had expected my husky with a high prey drive to be more into these real animal products but she has normal toys she likes so much more! Overall, not fit for purpose or good customer service.

Unsafe products and poor customer service
Bought a rabbit chaser tug to replace one my friend had that my dog ate the end of, and an extra one for my dog. Given it is supposedly made of rabbit skin I wasn't particularly concerned as figured it would pass through without issue. 11 days later my dog threw up a large synthetic strap, that presumably the rabbit had been attached to. We were SO lucky this didn't cause our dog serious problems. It should be made clear that the "rabbit" part of the tug is not just rabbit, but has a synthetic strap running through the length of it.
I returned due to it being unsafe. They then had the cheek to say my original order therefore didn't qualify for free delivery and deducted the delivery cost from my refund!

I am sorry to read your review. All our toys are designed for supervised tug style games and not as chew toys. If used for the intended purpose, there should have been no opportunity for your dog to have chewed and swallowed the toy.
We appreciate mistakes happen and are glad that your dog did not suffer any long term effects for eating the toy.
We provide information both before, during and after purchase on how to get the best from our toys. With the main focus on being on supervised play.
Under our 45 day Tug It + Love It guarantee we are happy replace the toy as we have offered.
