Tug-E-Nuff Omdömen

Order arrived in a timely fashion. The ball tug is great but the furry one my dogs started tearing fur off of it and choking on the fuzz. I took that one away from them.

Brilliant customer service. They amended an error in my order, and sorted the payment difference immediately (and out of working hours!).

Brilliant products that our dog loves! Will be buying more :)

Customer service is excellent, they really listen and do their best to help. The toys are all as described, my dog loves playing tug with them - until she does eventually chew them up but she does that with every toy. I would happily use this company again and recommend them.

the product is excellent and is working very well

Excellent communication and website. My springer spaniel loves his new toys. Great training tips and how to get started info came with the toys too.

Toy is great, firm favourite. Only giving 3 stars as we made our purchase at a dog show, provided email address for receipt and was automatically added to a very persistent mailing list. I’ve tried to unsubscribe a couple of times but kept receiving emails. 3rd time lucky.

A man answered the phone and I experience terrible customer service.

These toys are just brilliant! An absolute fave with our 2.5yr old Golden Retriever Rocky, he even enjoys opening the parcels :D Their surprise gift offer is a lovely extra treat for a fab reduced price. Great toys for both fun times and training aids too. Thank you Tug-E-Nuff :)

Dog is obsessed with these. Worth every single penny!!

Fast delivery and my dog loves her tug toy

Customer service great had a small problem with order but was sorted straight away. Lewis loves his pocket tug toy. Well made very strong.

I have bought these tug toys for my pets over the past few years and they are the best. They are meant for supervised play only, otherwise they will get eaten. However, my dogs love them as a treat for a game of tug before bedtime. My rescue dog from Romania was scared of everything, but these toys distract him so much, we have conquered so many challenges. Thank you ! Please bring back the crazy thing tug with lots of pieces of flannel on it! This is our favourite but after two years, it needs to go into retirement !

I wanted real fur as a distraction tool for my reactive dog and they’re not available it seems on the big selling sites so really pleased to find one.
It’s great quality and arrived really quickly.
Highly recommend .

Dogs love their tuggy toys! Delivered well packaged and in good time!

First, great products. They are well made and my dog loves the sheepskin. When she didn't like the faux fur, I contacted them, and they immediately sent a replacement with the sheepskin. And, they didn't want me to return the faux fur one! They asked that I either donate it to a shelter or give to a friend. GREAT customer service!

I had bought loads of toys for my dog and finally thought this was the one to stand the test of time but was completely destroyed after 10-15 minutes and not worth the $18. Very disappointed and feel ripped off
