Shocking delivery and customer service

Ordered on the 19th of July, now just in August and still no delivery.
Just get emails from customer service saying thanks for bearing with us.
I wished I'd not bothered, not a clue when or if anything will arrive.

Love my new items

I have order’d 4 bikinis and 2 shorts. The quality is amazing and the fabric is so comfy!
The size fit is true to size to european size.
The shipping to Norway was 5 days.
I will order from this site again.

Abysmal customer support

One week after order was placed and numerous emails stating that there was a deadline to delivery date due to my holiday departure the item was not shipped. The seller also ignored all my requests for a refund and misleading informed me that the order would be shipped "any day now."

Ordered for GB deivery

Ordered for GB deivery, so very sceptical considering many of the other GB reviews. However. Absolutely no problems with my order. Order placed on 5th July and arrived today 16th July. No delays and no customs or vat charges. Quality of the shorts is exceptional and the fit perfect! Will definitely be ordering again in the near future..

Beware NO RETURNS FOR REFUNDS

Beware. This retailer is based in the US and will not offer any refunds.
The items supplied were disappointing in their appearance, did not fit and frankly were a waste of money.
Lavish advertising and instagram saturation does not guarantee a good product or customer service.

We do back our product as being great, and that is supported by 1000's of positive interactions, but if they didn't for you personally, for whatever reason we do offer refunds. The customer service is the worst I've…

The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.
I made a mistake on the order, so as soon as I received the order confirmation email, I fired a couple of emails to them to notify them of my mistake and asking them to correct my error, but alas I still received the wrong size trunks.
They never respond to emails, I will definitely not be recommending them to anyone.

Don’t trust the ads and website

Tuscan promote their products as ‘high end’ claiming manufacturing and quality is one of the best.
However, when buying their swim shorts, they seem happy to send out vastly inferior products for high end prices. My shorts arrived and with broken zip pockets!! I won’t wear them so PLEASE save yourself the money and hassle and buy some other brands that are not actually broken!!
Waste of money.

Shocking neigh abysmal customer service. Have written to them 3 times since my items arrived, both wrong size. If you like rubbish customer service, if you enjoy being ignored, if you're happy to be treated as a nuisance purchaser, then carry on. I'd never buy from Tucann again.

Bad after sales.

I bought a pair of swim wear in XL, the quality is very good however they were slightly tight, so I emailed immediately to return/exchange for XXL,in the knowledge that I would incur the postage cost, to no avail.
I also mentioned that I would like an additional pair of swimwear.
I have emailed over 10 times with no answer.
I have been bombarded with emails offering discounts.
The product is excellent, after sales abysmal!

I can see you initially reached out last Sunday, and we responded the same day with the return instructions and portal link for an exchange. We also followed up on Wednesday with the same details.

I see you reached out again yesterday, however it seems you may not be receiving our emails - can you please check junk and spam? We since requested photos directly via email so we can manually process the return on our end, as nothing has been submitted through the portal yet.

We have sent another follow-up today and are currently awaiting your response! I can assure you we are not ignoring you / only sending marketing messages and have been actively trying to reach you!

Horrible customer service & misleading return policy

Though I love the bathing suits.... Return policy and customer service is GOD AWEFUL.

Order stated 'easy returns'.....
In reality after spending $600 on bathing suits because of sizing issues....... not even 1 of them is returnable. The feedback received after inquiry is that the suits return date expired literally before i even received them. I am furious- lesson learned.

Schlechter Support - Betrug?

Erst lief alles seriös. Meine Bestellung US147438 wurde betätigt und ich erhielt eine Tracking number. Das Paket drehte eine Runde in der USA um wieder zum Absender zu gelangen. Ich erhielt die Meldung, dass es zugestellt wirde. Leider wohne ich in der Schweiz und das Paket war nicht annähernd dort. Meine Beschwerde wurde besntwortet und versprochen das ein neuer Versand stattfindet. Danach hörte ich nichts mehr und meine beiden Mails wurden nicht beantwortet. Es sind diese Firmen, die dazu führen, dass ich keine Produkte von Instagram Werbung bestellen werde. Never ever.

great quality

The bathing suit looks great and the quality was as I expected. I was at the beach this past week and had several people ask where I got the the suit.

As bad as it gets

I didn’t actually think that a company could be this poor in this day and age, and simply not deliver goods purchased in good faith and then when queried, spend the energy they could have done in satisfying clients (and so generating more business), but rather have faceless emails back and forth trying to justify why no refund is due..! Just annoyed I didn’t stick to my core values of dealing with actual human beings and companies that actually care rather than just claiming to from afar…shocking service and can’t review the products as they haven’t arrived (and they still email me blindly asking for product reviews). As bad as it gets is my view, steer well clear.

Firstly we apologise for the experience so far, its of course not the service we aim to deliver.

To provide some context: your order is one of several UK-bound shipments that were unfortunately been held up due to an error at UK customs, where parcels were incorrectly flagged, causing significant delays beyond our control. Although that error has now been fixed we know this doesn’t make your experience any less frustrating, but we believe in being transparent about what’s happened.

We had offered both a refund or store credit while this was being resolved. You requested a refund, which we absolutely respect. However, when a chargeback was initiated simultaneously with your refund request, the refund process was automatically frozen on our end — as per banking protocols, we’re not permitted to issue a refund while the dispute is open with your bank.

We are actual human beings, and our team, including Kim, has been updating you with each step as and when we have information and has asked that the chargeback be canceled so we can process the refund directly. As of now, the claim remains open, which prevents us from moving forward on our side.

We're hoping to resolve this for your asap and will continue the contact though email.

Scam company. Ordered product 29th April, now end of June. Customer service gone full radio silence. For what it’s worth, I’m now going to crucify them on every channel i see them advertise. Pathetic shithouse of a company

The customer support was slow but all turned out great

I initially wrote a 1 star review because it took a week for customer service to contact me about the shipment. But after writing a review,they promptly replied. I updated to a 5star review as the shorts are as advertised and Im now really pleased with my purchase. Therefor a big 👍 although they might want to add some extra focus on replying faster to questions.

I think a 1 star review here is a bit premature! As your purchase made on the 20th is heading to Slovenia and is still in transit. The tracking shows movement, with the latest update indicating that it arrived in the destination country yesterday. We also responded to you on Wednesday when you reached out! Additionally we have sent a follow-up email today and provided the local tracking number for your parcel. No need to have any reservations or bad feelings about the order, its on the way. We would greatly appreciate you amending your review on receipt of the shorts. We have been in contact and your parcel is within shipping times!

Scam

I ordered two pairs of swim shorts in April and they have still not arrived (it now being the end of June). I have been fobbed off by claims on email from them that there are issues they are trying to sort with export duties, but still no swim shorts received, and they appear to no longer be responding to my emails. So, currently, I have paid £122.40 and yet have receiving nothing and no indication I will even receive a refund. I cannot help but think this company is a scam.

This is a follow up to my previous…

This is a follow up to my previous review. After posting my unfavorable review, I was contacted the next day and promised a full resolution, which was replacement of both suits. I have been back and forth with these people multiple times with all unmet promise's. They promised replacements, but never sent them, I asked for a tracking number, they never responded. I love the look of the suits, but they faded after one vacation, they spill BS and promise to stand by their product, but to this point they haven’t. Stay as far away as possible from this company. There are other reputable stores to buy a nice suit from.

Steer clear DO NOT BUY.
