I recently contacted Renew skin. Spoke to Stephen, customer service
I received the product yesterday, only to read that if you are on blood thinners or have cold sores, you should not use the product. I contacted the company to advise me how to return the product as I cannot use it.
We then came to an agreement that they would refund me 50% of my payment and I could keep the product. I will give it as a Christmas gift to a dear friend who is able to try it. I was pretty satisfied.

I enjoy the specialized care I receive from Bern. It is nice he connects with me and offers support and guidance when I am making a purchase and then follows up with product education and usage support. Thanks Bern!

I had a financial emergency & had to unfortunately cancel my order& even though it was too late to cancel Stephen went out of his was to help me! I want to Thank him so much for his kind heart & excellent customer service.

I was a little confused by your page and thought it was a scam. I really appreciate Carlos who called me back and offered his assistance. He personally walked me through the use of the device.
Even though I was disappointed that the serums was not part of the package, he was able to get me a discount. I give him 5 stars. However you need to work on the site page it said I was not quite finished when I purchased the 1st lift device and said there was a ‘labor day’ sale - I thought I was getting one device. I did not want two and I was unclear what the 79.00 lift was for. However now that I have purchase the 2 devices and spent additional funds on the serum, I trust explicit instructions will come with the devices and that I get the desired outcome. I also appreciate Carlos who said I can call him if I needed assistance.

Will was very helpful. I was going to return the glasses but he assured me that with the Golden Eye Serum the glasses were definitely going to get rid of my under-eye bags. So I am willing to give it a try.
