I had an excellent experience with Renewa Skin, especially with their customer service representative, STEPHEN. When my RenewaLift stopped vibrating, I sent a short video. Stephen responded right away, confirmed the issue, and arranged a replacement promptly. He was kind, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. I also want to share that after a fall left me with facial swelling, regular use of the RenewaLift has reduced my swelling by about 50%. The device I received was defective. I contacted customer service and Stephen was very responsive to my concerns. I sent him a short video of the issue and Stephen will be sending me a replacement device. I’m hoping it arrives soon as I’m excited to experience better looking skin.
