This company advertises on TikTok and Instagram using what I now recognize as stolen content from the reputable brand Half Magic. The advertisements copy influencer content and closely mimic the appearance of Half Magic’s product.
The item I received (after significant delay) does not resemble the advertised product in any meaningful way. In some cases, customers reportedly receive nothing at all. Shortly after my purchase and comment on my experience, my comments were deleted and the company’s Instagram account was wiped clean and the username appears to change slightly, as well as the website, which suggests an attempt to evade accountability.
I contacted the company the same day I received the fraudulent product to request a return. After multiple follow-up emails, they responded and claimed they had “initiated the return process.” They then stopped responding entirely. After continued follow-ups, they sent an identical email stating they were starting the return process again, but provided no instructions or return authorization.
I have now attempted to contact the company at least 10 times with no response. Based on the misleading advertising, use of stolen content, lack of a legitimate return process, and complete cessation of communication, this business is operating as a scam.

Scam, scam, scam! They send you literally a white crayon when what you think you are purchasing is a lip plumper. They do NOT refund money. It is impossible to get a response from them. Do not fall for this scam! You might as well burn that money.

they don’t give a crap they just want to scam you. This stuff goes on white it doesn’t do anything. I contacted them. They don’t care do not shop here.

HUGE SCAM - JUst like the others said - it is not invisible, it goes on beige looks terrible - it does not tingle does not plump. We all got ripped off!!! No response from customer service either!!!

This stuff is crap!! It's white on your lips, not invisible. It does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! No plumping. No tingling. No nothing!! It's a complete scam!! DO NOT BUY!!

Wish I could give it a Zero stars. It's not clear, it does not plump and it is not the brand they advertise. If you reach out, they take so long to reply knowing you only 45 days to return it. Also they ask for proof that you are using it correctly,ie a picture of it on your lips, thus making it inelligible for refund but they only offer you store credit anyway. Their practices are fraudulent. I recommend everybody that was fooled file a complaint with the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov .

I bought the "invisible lip plumper" ...well guess I should say I got taken by it.
1. It's white not invisible... it's definitely visible.
2. It doesn't tingle or change the fullness of your lips. Save your money & go buy a white crayon & it will be the same thing.
I'd ask for a refund but can't find a way to communicate...also I had to wait FOREVER for the disappointment, adding salt to injury.

I have contacted the company email with no response what so ever . This isn't over for me I will reach out again. I want my money back. Shame on you for scamming people to think your product works like the big hype on Instagram

What a scam!!! I was excited to try this product after seeing the videos of people supposedly using it.
No plumping, not hydrating, no "real look"
What I got was a crayon type product that is more like a concealer than anything that plumps. It was hard and dry like a crayon as well. I actually ordered two so I tried the other one thinking maybe I had received a dud. Neither worked. I mean nothing at all. All you get is a nude colored crayon stick that does absolutely nothing to boost your lips whatsoever.
I would love a refund but what are the odds of that actually happening. SO DISAPPOINTED

Fake products, they do not work. They're just a WHITE lipliner and does nothing to plump your lips, wish I checked reviews online before wasting my money. Make sure you haven't signed up to a subscription too!

Was sent an unbranded set of pencils that are not clear, they're basically concealed pencils and don't do anything to plump. No response from support to my emails asking for an explanation or refund. Its a scam!

Total scam this product does not work at all it lines your lips white with no plumping effect. I even made my daughter Try it because I thought well maybe it’s not working on me and it did not work on her either so this is an absolute scam for the holidays.

It's garbage. Does not go on clear. Does not plump whatsoever. It's a scam as far as I can tell.

Complete scam, stay away! It's not a real website, and they will send you the two lip liner pencils but they dont do absolutely anything and the pen came with no name inscribed on it-looks completely fake.

I think that this is a bogus company and a scam. These lipliners do not work, and they say on their website they offer only a store credit as a refund, but the storefront no longer exists, and no products are listed anymore. Avoid! ***UPDATE! This website is now going by glowsyme.com. They change names to hide their scam!
