Do not subscribe as they ignore your request to cancel subscriptions.
Also, their returns policy is a joke

I’ve love the product but I’m frustrated by the delivery service. Dispatched on September 10th and still not received October 1st so I’ve been without for a week.

I like the cocoa, and I have received very good service.

Great communication and very helpful company.

I was having a problem keeping my supply of Flavoa coming before I would run out, so I upped my order to 3 jars and then I became over run getting them every 30 days. I finally sent an email to Flavoa and Yuan was great in helping me get on happy ground. It turned out I had 2 subscriptions going at once. My bad! So, Yuan was able to cancel one of the subscriptions and lengthen the time between deliveries (from 30 days to 120 days) so I wouldn't run out or be overwhelmed with a boat load of jars of product. Thanks, Yuan, for your good Customer Service.

The support staff was prompt and helpful, and the product I used everyday in my coffee. It tastes great and makes me feel "happy" in the morning!

I would give 0 if I could. I have been trying to cancel my subscription since the beginning of July. Yet despite my efforts and their response that they have cancelled, they are still taking money and I got yet another delivery today.
The product is quite tasty but there are no health benefits as far as I can tell and definitely not worth £50 a tub!! I cannot find a phone number for them.

Yuan was very helpful with my subscription. I have been using Flavoa for 2 months and I believe it has helped the arthritis in my neck tremendously. I was in pain for over a year and tried many different remedies, but nothing was helping. After a couple weeks on Flavoa Cocoa Powder, my neck pain decreasing about 90%.

Tastes great - no added sugar, no bitterness, and can be stirred into hot drinks or oatmeal. Does have a tendency to clump in spite of vigorous stirring. My monthly subscription is very difficult to pause or cancel.

The customer service I received was great and concern was answered in a timely manner. I dealt with Yuan was very helpful and understood my need. The Flavoa cocoa is very good.

The flavor is totally delicious, and tastes like home made cocoa. It's just a little too sweet for my taste, but I still enjoy it. It's like having dessert for breakfast. My only concern is that it takes several weeks for delivery.
The company has been very supportive and informative. My experience with customer service leads me to believe the company would do whatever is necessary to insure customers are happy with their product.

The taste is exceptional

It's very tasty, I usually put in a spoonful in my morning coffee. It's been a few months, and I enjoy it, I just don't feel much different yet.

It’s been over 2 months since I placed and paid for my order. It’s been at customs since June 24!
Sam is great about responding to my emails but nothing has changed.
I just want a refund at this point but I can’t get one.

PRODUCT - I am on my second cycle of 3 jars of Flavoa high-flavanol cacao. I wasn't keen on the flavour to begin with. To me, it was too 'malty', like Horlicks, but then.. I like Horlicks, so I got used to it pretty quickly. Just not as 'chocolatey' as I was expecting. I have a slightly rounded scoopful in milk every morning, sometimes heated and stirred until it rises up the sides of the pan. Be careful to watch it like a hawk and be quick to snatch it off the hob, or you'll make a dreadful mess. I usually add a few drops of honey, and give it a thorough whisk, using the luxury whisk they provide free... IF you choose the 3 jar option. (You also get a very nice free designer mug, but the designer spoon didn't arrive. Having said that, each jar includes a plastic scoop inside, so practical if not pretty.)

DELIVERY - I live in the UK, so my orders have to fly the Atlantic. They must be flying, as my latest order arrived in 9 days, which is quicker than some things take from London! They're certainly not coming from China.

RESULTS - Difficult to say, as I'm trying a few non-pharmaceutical things to improve sleep, inflammation, and vascular issues, and I am pretty sure that Flavoa is the primary source of generally feeling sooo much better, and my BP is better than it has been in years.

MARKETING - Love the variety of ads that I see from Flavoa... except the latest I saw, which seemed to be targeting old people, but the song lyrics were heavily seasoned with VERY spicy language! I am an old lady, and I do use spicy words on rare occasions, when provoked, but definitely NOT every other word. Need to remove that one from the portfolio, Flavoa.

CUSTOMER SERVICE - Better than excellent. I have had to engage with their customer support team on a few occasions, just to help me work my way through their ordering system, which I found a little confusing, and I've always been blessed with Sam. (He asked me to mention his name. Could be a 'Samantha', I guess, but there is a boy vibe.)
He's great.. very efficient, uber-friendly and patient with me.
I'm wondering, though, if he is actually AI, like Son of ChatGPT, or CoPilot, because he's far too good to be human!
