Thank you for your honest feedback — we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We’re sorry to hear that you had trouble getting the product onto the sponge. The foam is released by pressing firmly on the centre of the applicator tip — sometimes a bit more pressure is needed for the first use. If that still doesn’t work, we’d be happy to help troubleshoot or review your case to make things right.
ClearVision™ is designed to provide clear visibility and water repellence when applied correctly, and we want every customer to experience its full effect. If you'd like to reach out to our support team with more details, we’re here and happy to assist.
Thank you again for giving ClearVision™ a try and for sharing your experience.

Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback — we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We’re sorry to hear that the product didn’t foam as shown in the demonstration. The applicator is designed to dispense foam with a firm press on the centre of the sponge. If that didn’t happen, it could be due to either the pressure applied or how the bottle was activated — we’re happy to help troubleshoot or take a closer look if needed.
ClearVision™ is not just water — it contains active cleaning and anti-fog agents, formulated to improve visibility and repel moisture on glass and other smooth surfaces. That said, we understand that your experience didn’t reflect the results shown, and we regret the frustration this caused.
Your feedback has been shared with our product team, and if you’d like to provide more details or continue the conversation, our support team is here to help.

Clearvision Actually Works
Before I used the Clearvision cleaner on my two car's windscreens, I had no idea how disgustingly dirty they were. After using it, the wipers wipe no longer shutter across the windscreen and they wipe rain away better than they ever have. I bought the 3-pack and I'm glad I did because I can share them with other family members knowing I'm doing them a favour.

Not what I was hoping for
The product I received did not foam up and wash off like in the ad. It was more like polish, it has to be buffed off and left a white residue. I thought it would be easy but in the end it was more work than suggested in the advert.
I get the same results from just washing my car. Very disappointed in the results.

Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback — we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We’re truly sorry to hear that ClearVision™ didn’t meet your expectations. Based on what you described, it sounds like the product may have dried on the surface before it was fully rinsed or wiped away — which can result in a white residue that’s harder to remove. For best results, the foam should be applied to a damp surface and rinsed or wiped off immediately, before it begins to dry.
We understand that the application felt more involved than expected, and we appreciate you giving the product a genuine try. Your feedback has been passed on to our team as we continue improving both the formula and the clarity of our instructions.
If you’d like support with reapplying the product or have any questions, our team is here and happy to assist.

I am not sure if I have used this product correctly or not as it is not doing as it is shown on all of their advertisements. My windscreen is still foggy and glare is still an issue at night in the wet weather. My rear window has streaks in it. Not overly impressed as it doesn’t come off. Side windows seem ok.
Some further information on how to apply may be useful.

Thank you for your honest and thoughtful feedback — we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We’re sorry to hear that the results didn’t meet your expectations, especially on your windscreen and rear window. Some of what you described — like fog, glare, or streaks — can happen if the product isn’t rinsed or wiped off completely before drying. For best results, the surface should be slightly damp (for interior glass) or freshly rinsed (for exterior), and the foam should be removed before it begins to dry.
We agree that clearer guidance is always helpful, and we’ve shared your feedback with our team to improve how we communicate the application steps.
If you’d like, our support team is happy to walk you through the process or assist with a reapplication — we’re here to help.

Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback — we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We’re truly sorry to hear that ClearVision™ left marks on your glass — that’s certainly not the result we want anyone to have. In some cases, streaks can appear if the product isn’t fully rinsed or wiped away while still wet. We recommend applying only a thin layer and rinsing thoroughly before it has a chance to dry, especially on exterior glass.
Your feedback has been passed along to our team, and we’re always working to improve both the product and the instructions we provide. If you'd like to share more details or receive help with a reapplication, our support team would be happy to assist.
