Your advertised result didn’t happen. I followed the directions and didn’t quite meet the expectation I had when I purchased it. Will try again to see if I can get a better outcome.

It works
Bought Clearvision just to see if it lived up to the hype. Well it does. Did the windows in my car as we had to go out early next day and usually the window fogs up both inside and out. The outside did not fog up at all. which was great. The product arrived in a timely manner so thank you.

Awesome product
Awesome product. Reduced condensation on windows to virtually nothing. Clear vision through if you manage to shammy the streaks away. Microfibre doesn’t work real well with this product - better to use a chamois. But really great, so happy I bought it.

Disappointing
The real life results bear no resemblance to the advertised results. I did not expect it to be as perfect as the ad, but it's so far from that result that it's ridiculous. It leaves a streaky film across the window, even if you wash it off immediately, that is so thick that you need another window cleaner to removes it properly. Would definitely NOT buy again. Extremely disappointing.

Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback — we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We’re truly sorry to hear that ClearVision™ didn’t deliver the results you were expecting. While many customers see noticeable improvements in clarity and visibility, we understand how disappointing it can be when results don’t match expectations.
The streaky film you described may occur if the product isn’t fully rinsed or wiped off while still wet — especially on exterior glass. We always recommend rinsing thoroughly before the foam dries, as letting it sit too long can leave visible residue. That said, we understand that this should be clearer in the instructions, and your feedback has been shared with our team for improvement.
We appreciate you giving ClearVision™ a try and sharing your experience so openly.
Really works great
I was a bit sceptical at first. But Clearvision really works. I've used it on our cars and our House. It makes more of a difference than you would think. Great product ! ! !

Scam, DO NOT BUY
I purchased the CLEARVISION product for my windscreen which unfortunately what it does is not even near to what they advertise.
Also, they advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee, if I am not completely satisfied.
After contacting them several times, they offered me a 10% refund which I am still waiting to receive...
What a waste of money and time.

We’re truly sorry to hear that ClearVision™ didn’t deliver the results you were hoping for, even after giving it a proper try. While many customers report visible improvements in clarity and water repellence, we understand that individual experiences can vary — and we regret that yours fell short.
We’re also sorry to hear that your support experience was frustrating. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee is in place to give customers peace of mind. If you were offered a refund and haven’t received it yet, please feel free to follow up with our team — we’ll make sure it’s resolved.
Your feedback has been shared internally, and we appreciate you giving ClearVision™ a go and sharing your experience so openly.
Scam product
Scam product. Doesn't work at all, the cleaning solution is just water. Contacted company who refused to provide a refund or a replacement, or even accept a return of the product. I will be reporting them to local authorities in Hong Kong where they are based.

We also regret that our support process didn’t meet your expectations. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee allows us to review concerns on a case-by-case basis, and whenever a confirmed product issue is presented, we do our best to resolve it fairly — including offering replacements or refunds where appropriate.
We want to clarify that our product is not “just water” — it contains a tested combination of active ingredients designed to improve clarity, reduce fog, and repel water. That said, we take all concerns seriously and are always open to reviewing additional information.

Pathetic
The advertising is way too much for them to handle. They took the payment, they confirmed the delivery and later you get a email that they sorry for delay. Later after a week another email pops up, we ran out of stock and request to wait another week until the get next stock. Its not legitimate

Fake product
Fake product. Item received is not a Clear Vision branded product. The product I received is Debeidi brand and available on Temu, ebay etc for around $5-$10. Selling the same product for over 5x the actual price and falsely claiming as Clear Vision is a scam.

We’re sorry for the confusion caused by the packaging. The item you received is indeed a genuine ClearVision™ product — it was shipped from our fulfilment centre using older packaging from a previous production batch. While the label may appear different from current marketing materials, the formulation and performance are exactly the same.
We understand that listings on third-party platforms may show similar packaging, but we can’t verify the authenticity or quality of products sold outside our official store. Purchasing directly from us ensures you receive the correct formula, customer support, and eligibility for our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Not a scam, but slow.
I was fairly certain I got scammed, but it's just due to delays at customs. I received my order almost a month after I ordered it. It's overpriced, for sure, as the same type of product is available on Amazon for a fraction of the price, but a scam it is not.
The product works as advertised if you follow the instructions.
