I ordered the heated slippers. The battery failed after one use (would not charge). The company refused to replace the battery and offered to send another provided I pay extra for it. Sincerely wish I had read the reviews on this company prior to placing an order. I never would have ordered these had I done so. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding business with this company.

Complete scam. They sent me a faulty product and now refuse to refund me my money. When you put up a review on their website, they remove it if it is negative

I'd give them no stars if I could. Bought some heated insoles for £54.99 that don't get hot. Told them straight away and asked for a refund. They're constantly giving me the runaround. We've passed this on etc etc. Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered.

One tip if you're struggling to get anywhere is ask the bank that you paid for with debit or credit card to do a chargeback. They will refund your money and take it up on your behalf. Section 75 of the consumer credit act is for items over £100 but the chargeback is for those under £100. Well worth doing when cowboys like these won't refund even though their website says they will. And when you ring the telephone number there's no on available. Surprise surprise!

Like mystic37e I wish I have reveiwed this company before I bought this rubbish. It was a sweatshirt originally priced at £75 knocked down to £39 should have smelt a rat then but ! didnt. Took forever to arrive and what absolute rubbish it is. I would not wash my floors with this. Trying to get a refund well thats a joke. The UK address shown is a london address that is a depositary for any and all registered offices so no one there! The UK company address is a pure scam. So the upshot is DO NOT buy anything from this company Shame i could not give a zero rating one star sounds too good .

Like most of these other reviews, the LED Watch Repair Magnifier purchased was absolutely useless. It seems Trutonica make a habit of peddling Chinese-made rubbish.

I bought an ornament of so called colorful and eyecarching birds. It is cheap and I've not given it house room.

Item delivered was a poor quality Chinese product widely available elsewhere for a quarter of the price. Far different from the precision device the advertising had led me to expect. Upon asking for a full refund and return I was offered 15% refund and keep the product which I refused. Then an offer of 30%, then 50% which I also refused. The only way I could get a full refund was to return the item to China, at a cost of more than the 50% refund which made absolutely no sense. So I was forced to accept the 50% and keep the piece of rubbish at twice the cost I could have bought it elsewhere. I just wish I had searched out reviews for this company before buying. It seems my experience is frequently repeated. I suspect it's merely an arm of a Chinese import company which then sells rubbish products through a UK front at vastly inflated prices. Avoid at all costs. I can at least report that they actually did refund my 50% without delay.

Lowest setting cut out after 30 seconds 'Disappointing'
Brought this for work and in the garden through the winter. Purchased a power bank as it doesn't come with one. Fully charge the powerbank to find the lowest setting cuts out after 35 seconds of use. The medium and high setting works fine but cuts out in low. Still waiting on this issue to be resolved three weeks later, they just keep fobbing me off with different excuses rather than replace it with another one.

Do not buy from this company!!! Their customer service is a joke. Like others have mentioned, I’m going round in circles trying to return a faulty item. They will not provide a return address and keep emailing with offers of partial refunds. I paid £59.99 for a heated gilet and it’s rubbish.

I ordered an item that was cute little birds on a stick made of sea glass. Very cute. What I received was something that looks like a 6 year-old made. The beaks and legs of the birds are drawn on the backing paper so that they don't look like they are attached to anything. Also, there are blobs of glue on the item.
I requested a refund and an address to return the item. Their website states under return policies that a US address would be provided for returns. After about a month of emails (because they would take days to respond) I was told that I could accept a 50% refund and keep the item, or get a 100% refund by returning the item to China on my dime. And, my return had to be made in 7 days.
False advertising, false information on their website, poor customer service and a really poor product have forced me to post this review.

I would give zero/minus 5 if I could. My mother bought me a dash cam on this site as a gift. It wasn’t operational so I emailed them so that I could send it back for a full refund and buy a British well known dash cam. A week and 20+ emails later and they are STILL going round in circles with me attempting to get out of the full refund that I’ve asked for about 10 times already. They at first attempted offering a 15% refund for me to keep the defective dash cam, then a 30% refund and keep the defective dash cam, which I refused. They clearly have no customer care skills and just care about the money they received with that initial purchase. Stay well away from this company. They are absolutely ridiculous.

I bought a Omni/Warm Heated Vest (Gillet) from this company and my understanding was that i was buying a Gillet that could be heated and would keep me warm when i working. There was a cable attached to the vest that i was able to plug in, once the jacket was fully charged i put it on only to find that it didn't work. After numerous emails back and forth they have now informed me that i need to buy a portable charger separately to keep the vest heated when i am wearing it. This is a complete joke and Dishonest working practices fromTruTronic. The vest is labeled as Warm heated Vest but it clearly is not. I have asked them to send me their address so that i can return it to them for a full reimbursement, I don't have much confidence that they will assist me with this. Stay away from this company there are a disgrace
