Ordered Bird Box which looked great on the picture but arrived in box 4" x 8", so small and looks like children's toy.

Trying to return at moment as paid £34.99 in sale!! Company offering me 15% off and give to Charity or friend when not fit for purpose bought for and not even a small bird could get in, one friend actually thought it was for bees. Offer later incressed to 30% despite telling them it is totally unsuitable and as you can see by size of packaging of box a bird cannot get in when hollow gaps inside also!!

2nd July now increased to 40% refund or full return but have to send back to China in 7 days when original item came from warehouse in the United Kingdom.

The mosquito bracelet is rubbish ,if I could give no stars I would.
It doesn't work and lasted about two days before it stopped working ,
Please don't waste your money.

I read about the Zapaway Pro bracelet and thought I'd give it a go.
Stupid woman...another waste of money. I used it as per the instructions for being outside and I was bitten 9 times on my left leg and 4 on my right leg. I appreciate nothing is 100% but this failure rate is quite frankly ridiculous. A total and utter waste of time and money.

The knee braces (I ordered 2) came with no instructions. I contacted the company requesting instructions. The response came from an individual, not the company. His response was 'wear it however you find it comfortable'. I requested to return as I could not trust the product that could be worn any way I chose. iand it was denied. My requestto retun was denied...

Ordered a nice looking clothing item. Fast reaction, swift delivery, very good. Item looked a lot worse than it did on screen, fitting was shabby at best. Asked for a return label and refund. First reaction was to offer me a discount of 15% and no return needed. I declined, wanted a full refund and will return the goods. Second reaction was a 50% discount and keep the item, "we offer no return policy". Declined again, pointed out that in Europe a return policy is mandatory by law, and that I wanted my full refund. Finally came a promise to refund with return instructions, to an address in China, at my cost. Meant € 14 shipment cost for me. Think again before buying here: if price is less than say € 20, you are stuck with it also if you don't like it, because returning it will cost you the same amount. This webshop hides the return policy and makes it hard and costly for you to return goods. The refund was paid out 3 days later, covering full product cost but not the shipment cost of sending it back to China.

Ordered two items from them can’t get through to them they blocked my messages stay away from them

I could not get the 2 cameras to work and they refused to give me a refund it had not been 2 months yet since delivery. i would give they a lower score if i could but it want let me .

Bought a shirt,total rubbish,do not buy anything from these scammers.

Made mistake in not checking out firm before ordering.Made 2 E Mails when not received. Did then receive jumper which bore no resemblance to one advertised. It was like a piece of dishcloth or floor cloth. An unwearable
piece of worthless tat. No return available. Avoid firm.at all costs

The dash cam failed after 5 months. No support . No communication. No good. Paypal were useless in pursuing the claim.

Jewlery Cleaner: this is not an item that is useful it "shimmy's" and doesn't clean anything. When I put soap in it didn't even mix it the blue dots just sat on the surface. The plastic is not sturdy and mine was broke when it was received. Even with pictures and a complaint they wouldn't issue a full refund even though the claim "full satisfaction." This is also just another imposter oriental company in disguise till you get the tracking information and it says where it is coming from. Tracking information is not given till long past the cancelation time so you are stuck with fake garbage because they can get away with it. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE.

Don’t believe about easy return. You have to ship back to china and it cost a fortune. Never use them

The nailcutter I bought is no better than one you can buy at a chemist for a quarter of the price. It doesn't even fold up! Bad design. The included nail file is also of inferior quality. All in all I was a mug for buying it and will never buy from this company again.

If I could give zero I would, they took the money and said 1-2 days after a month nothing much happened then when item was lost by evri and I got proof from evri they kept delaying me in regards to getting me a replacement and saying 1-2 days month on haven’t received the goods and they kept the money

I tried to buy a microphone for them for vlogging it took weeks to come so I know it was not a uk company.
Their customer service is terrible and kept telling me it was on its way for weeks before it came.
When arrived the product was all in Chinese and NOT AT ALL the product they had advertised they had just sent completely different mini microphone a cheap Chinese product,the same one infact I had bought from Amazon for half price.
They are based in America and when u ask for a refund they offer you to keep it and get 15 per cent refund then it goes up to 30 and final offer is 50.
You customer need to pay return cost which is £22.45 to send it back.
Don’t do it they r scam artists products they are not what it sent not even slightly close.

Another website not tested. Offers a good range of products. But a one! Make your selection you can't add them to your basket & Pay!
Gave up after 30 minutes!

I recently said that this company were thieves and scammers and I apologise as my top has finally arrived. The fact that the top I bought was just about the worse waste of money ever and was immediately thrown into the bin is irrelevant at least it arrived BUT please do not buy the top with elbow patches as it's not even good enough to clean a window with!

I wish that l had never ordered from this company.All l receive is "American speak" Hang in there ,comes to mind ,and who are the Customer Representatives that they assign to my ticket ? I have still not received my order after multiple requests,so please don't buy from them,l am beginning to think of the word SCAM !!
