We needed replacement cemetery flower holders and vases, after using items bought from various big retailers that ended up being plastic with a shiny veneer.

So instead, we wanted to not only pay a little more to get something that would last but also use a British company and not some faceless corporation flogging imported tat.

The items arrived very promptly and well packaged, with no damage. Immediately, the difference against what we'd previously bought was apparent. These will not only last much longer but they look much nicer too.

Could not be happier with the items and also supporting local business.

As a first time purchaser, I only placed a small order for one large made to order hook. This has just arrived and been installed, it is perfect for my Christmas wreath. Black Country Metalworks' communications and speed of delivery were excellent, the hook is an impressive item. I shall certainly order larger items from them in future.

My old plastic boot pull broke so I was drawn to a metal one. The one I found on Black Country metalworks also had a scraper and mud brushes which I knew would make it even more useful. Then I saw the price reduction and ordered it immediately as it was such a bargain for a high quality item. It arrived promptly and I am very happy with it.

I have just recently purchased a fireside set.

From the time I ordered my pan rack to it coming it was very good, the service was excellent and the quality first class, just one thing to remember, when putting it up on the ceiling I had to find the beams to screw into but I misjudged the size of hooks and got small-ish ones, they held ok but didn't look right so I got the more beefier ones that look much better.

From the ease in ordering my purchase to the tracking and swift delivery, I was very impressed, however, once the purchased arrived I was blown away with the quality and workmanship given to the item. The only downside is: does the teapot come in a larger size PLEASE? thank you so much.

Delighted with the three crowns garden planters. Love them, quality work, well sized and proportioned. They add a lovely feature to the garden.

Lovely looking light, packaged well and prompt delivery. Slightly tricky to fit as wires had to be trimmed to make it fit snugly on the wall (and instructions not particularly helpful but it was not a problem in the end).

Love the polished brass & black iron traditional coal bucket. We wanted a small bucket and it is the perfect size and looks great. Came next day as promised. Would definitely buy from Black Country again.
