I recently had a solar battery installation completed by Trusted Home Solutions and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the process. They used high-quality equipment and paid close attention to detail. Not only am I seeing significant savings on my energy bills, but I'm also proud to be reducing my carbon footprint. I highly recommend THS for anyone considering a solar installation.

Recently had battery storage installed by Trusted Home Solutions. Seamless service from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for battery storage for their property.

We arranged a visit for someone to come regarding our solar panel system. He explained that a large proportion of what we generate goes back to the grid and we can keep it all without it effecting our fit payments. We did the sums and decided to go ahead and had the system fitted last week. The installation was quick and tidy so can’t complain. We keep looking at the smart meter and so far we have saved £23 in 7 days. Does everything promised so far.

Great service, thoroughly happy with system! I received a phone call regarding battery savings for my panel system that I have on a feed in tariff system. Battery’s are something I’ve been thinking about for some time but I thought the cost was too expensive. Kingsley the surveyor arrived the following day and looked at my system to see what I was generating and then looked at my smart meter to see what I was using from the grid. I needed a 10kw battery system because I use quite a lot of electricity because of 4 large freezers I use and electric heaters as my house is very old. I’ve now had the system for 3 months and my electricity bill has dropped from £129 a month to £26 a month, couldn’t be happier! I’m 76 years old and that’s a big saving for me compared to the pittance I was getting in the bank. Well done chaps

This evening I received a telephone call. This was about my earlier review. An apology was given about the way the company went about their business with me. No intent to mislead me but some mix up on their part.
I was asked to amend my initial review.
After some thought, in my view the company could respond to my review and explain what they intend to do, to ensure a better service which may result in a sale.
If reviews are to mean anything at all, they must be honest. I'm happy that my initial review was honest. So I will leave it to Trustedhomesolutions to explain what went wrong this time. And what has been done to ensure the same mistakes won't reoccur.

Sold an unsuitable over priced solution to my elderly parents.

Fortunately it was identified during the 14 day cancellation period and the cancellation was handled without issue assuming the refund is paid promptly.

Interestingly once cancelled the company made several calls to both my father and I which are not accurately reflected in the statement below nor are their comparisons on price which were nearly double that of a reputable well referenced and highly rated company.

I can stand by and support with factual evidence every statement made.

If the company believes their sales approach is right for vulnerable elderly people that’s up to them.

Battery storage fitted in June 2023.
Battery storage is working well.

However, did not get the additional socket from the storage that was on the plan. I have chased but had no response from Trustedhomesolutions for several months.

Recently, following a change to my broadband, the WiFi module is not connected. I've been through the reconfiguration process without success. I have mailed, again without response.

Good product, poor support.

Was contacted by Nathan who explained that my previous contact at the company had left and my outstanding socket was therefore not picked up. Arranged for an engineer to come round and fit, the wifi module was reconfigured and the engineer explained the process for any future changes I may need to make.

Excellent service fitting on time nice job a there was software update glitch, the follow up information keeping me up to minute. Brilliant.

This company provide price reductions through the manufacturers, to customers who have existing solar panels. This makes a battery/ inverter system cheaper, which is very helpful. Their 10yr insurance cover is also great.
Customer service was considerate, helpful, and efficient. Checking that I was not a vulnerable customer initially, was diligent too.
Unfortunately, there was some miscalculation over installing the 5kg battery, it would not fit through the loft entrance, but this was dealt with by installing 2 smaller batteries, requiring 3 visits. All installers were friendly, polite and considerate.
Overall, this company has proved trustworthy, as their name implies. I would recommend them.

Everyone we dealt with was helpful and knowledgable. Shane gave an excellent presentation and has been really helpful when we've phoned him for advice.

Our initial meeting with Kingsley was very informative and without pressure he arranged everything once we gave our instruction to proceed the following day. The installer, Tod, arrived on time. He was polite and conducted the install to a very high standard. He was clean and tidy and had no issues answering any of our questions. We would recommend him to anyone.
Post install we experienced some teething issues getting logged on. This turned out to be a soft ware update being conducted a the time. We intend to monitor the effectiveness of the system in the knowledge that a second battery can simply be plugged in if required. Well done THS.

We had an educational visit from Shane. We always knew we were going to have batteries but needed assurances which he explained fully. Tod arrived with a lovely happy manner, explained every step to me . He worked tirelessly only stopping for a drink and bacon sandwich. He cleared up inside and out. We would recommend Trusted Home solutions.

Everybody we've dealt with from Kingsley (sales), Tod (installer), Jack (accounts), Nathan (technical team) and the customer service team were all polite and helpful throughout the process. Any questions raised were answered clearly. From the first visit to installation took only 6 days and everything so far is working well.

My wife and I found it a nice alternative to a had sell over the phone. From seeing David from Trusted Home Solutions talking it over with my wife ( David left us to see another client.)
David returned later after we decided to go ahead, all done and dusted fitted within 12 days fitter was brilliant no noise, very tidy and explained the app.

David the salesman was very efficient and explained things so it was easy to understand with no heavy handedness. Installation date had to be changed but ended up on a date better for us in the end. Installation man turned up on time and again very efficient even when a possible problem regarding wiring to the electric meter arose he came up with a good solution. Good follow up from the company to check it had been fitted . The app is great and easy to monitor. David is coming to visit to see if we are happy so excellent follow up and I've recommended the company to two friends so quids in.

Very happy so far with the service we have received. Everything was explained very clearly to us. There was no pressure on us to buy, but it looks like it will save us a lot of money. Time will tell. Shane was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable, answering all our questions.

Scott, the company's agent, clearly and fully explained the benefits of installing a Growatt battery and replacement inverter for our solar system with no hard sell, leaving us plenty of time to consider our options. Having decided to go forward as advised, the installation was arranged in a very short time by the company. Stephen, the installation technician, was excellent and fully explained the process throughout. We are very please with the outcome which took just 12 days from Scott's visit to completion. Highly recommended.
