This company is absolutely amazing helped me with everything I needed. Installed a 3.68kw hanchu battery system and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made yet. Technical department was really helpful with explaining the monitoring. Would definitely recommend.

This company and previous companies that the directors have been involved with have been cold calling my parents on and off for a while now. This time they phoned and somehow managed to con my parents into accepting that a man called Sefton would come out the next day to chat to them about their current solar panels and look at installing a possible battery, even though my parents said they did not want to purchase anything. My parents contacted me worried about this and I went over today to meet the unwanted visitor. I explained that his company should not be phoning my parents as they are registered on a TPS phone list so that they do not get unsolicited phone calls. I would not let him meet my parents or allow him into the house. I explained that he had been told the previous day they did not want to buy anything new and that he should not have insisted on coming out to see them. He had also asked them if they lived alone, were claiming benefits, were under 85 and generally worried and confused them with claims that they could qualify for various grants to cover some of the costs of installing a battery that they did not want.

Be very wary of this company especially if they are cold calling your elderly relatives!

I accepted, stupidly, a cold call! We are on the preference service, but despite assurances I’ve read on Trust Pilot, it clearly seems to make no difference! However after being taken in and doing due diligence and checking out Trust Pilot, again and other online leads, I went along with a scheduled visit to see if we qualified for a grant upgrade. Having scheduled an appointment, which meant a disruption to our evening routine, I waited in anticipation. Having phoned earlier in the day, to confirm the meeting, it was confirmed at the appointed time. Yet no show. I think I have been spared a major embarrassment, but supremely annoyed that this has happened!
To add. It was mentioned during our call, that I would get a follow up call to confirm, before the visit. We had two, unknown mobile calls while we were out, the previous day. No message left. I phoned out of interest. No answer. No idea if these were related. But either you are a genuine company who does things according to the book. Or leave us alone.

From the initial survey, which was explained in a manner that we understood, to the completion of the loft space guard installation was totally professional. The installation team from St Helens arrived early, they were polite, layed out covers to protect our carpets and cleaned and tidied on completion. Shows images of the completed project. Given a time slot of between 11am and 3.00 pm for Engineer to attend and reinstate gas supply turned off over 24 hours ago. Engineer called at 2.30 pm to advise running late and would attend around 6.00 pm. At 5.30 pm rung and said could not attend but gave me option of cancelling or rescheduling 4 days later. Without hot water, central heating and gas cooking facilities. No attempt made to find alternatives but Engineer seemed to believe he was doing me a favour. Cannot recommend or will not use again due to poor service.

We had a good experience with Trusted Home Solutions, from initial consultation to installation. The salesman ensured we understood the process, and the team carried out the installation efficiently within a week. They explained the system clearly and made sure everything, including the app, worked seamlessly. Professional, tidy, and polite service – recommended!

Although I didn't buy a battery etc from THS, the experience was professional. Calvin knew exactly what he was doing and didn't attempt to bamboozle/oversell just presented the facts and the cost. He could not have known that we have reduced our electricity consumption by 50% in recent years and hence the payback period was far too long.

I ended up getting a battery from them and it’s been working amazing, the installation team was quick and efficient the rep that came over to discuss my options was professional and courteous! The after care team has been amazing there was something we didn’t understand about the online monitoring, their lovely admin team stayed on the phone with me to make sure I understood it all!!

I have had Space guard fitted through trusted home solutions and I'm over the moon with the results.My home is warm and cozy and the impact it's had on the condensation in the house has been huge.Thank you for providing such a wonderful service from start to finish

From the initial survey by Ryan Guthrie, who identified very high humidity in the fibreglass loft insulation and white mould in the roof timbers, all due to condensation, to the insulation of space-age 17-layer reflective material completely lining the tiles inside the roof, all was done very professionally and efficiently. Ryan in particular was very knowledgeable and personable. The installing team were also very pleasant, efficient and tidy( our roof space is large, so we needed a team).

Trusted Home Solutions representative Ibrahim inspected my loft for damp and mould. His report was very informative and I was very pleased with the information he provided and also the recommended solutions. I would be happy to use Trusted Home Solutions again if I need similar advice.

Great experience. Two gentleman arrived, both very friendly. Advised me on the best place for my batteries and the work was completed quickly. Unfortunately, one of the batteries was faulty so they immediately sorted a replacement for later that week. A gentleman called Dexter came to fit this battery. He was outstanding. Once he sorted the battery he when through the whole app with me explaining everything I wanted to know explaining everything in layman’s terms so I fully understood. Gave me all the numbers I needed to contact anyone if I had any problems. I cannot fault this company and would recommend them to anyone from Garry who came out to sort out what I needed to Dexter who explained everything. Deserve the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have given them!

The engineers arrived exactly on time. They immediately began to carry out the work (they even declined a cup of tea). They carried out the work immediately and cleared up afterwards. Would have no hesitation in using the company again. Thank you again for a job well done, in an efficient manner.

Every step was positive, from the initial contact, through the visit from the advisor and on to the installation.
After a minor problem with the delivery of the equipment, the installer was a delightful man who did a great job, leaving everything neat and tidy, and setting up the equipment and all the monitoring system, before explaining how it all worked in a clear and understandable way. Top marks to all concerned!

These people are an infernal nuisance! They keep ringing using the "Private caller" method. I have told them I am registered with TPS and they are committing an offence under the Telecommunications Act but this makes no difference. I have told them to p..s off three times now but being thick skinned they still keep calling. I normally don't answer numbers I don't recognise but for private reasons I do have to answer " private caller" so this is an affront to my personal life and they are no better than scammers.

Had an experienced Sefton Hoult visit my mother’s property at the start of January. The savings on a battery looked feasible and we both decided to go ahead. I can see the battery clearly on a monitoring software and really happy with the progress within a month. We have switched to an octopus off peak energy tariff and are now topping our batteries up with cheaper electricity. Overall we are really happy

Waste your time with a cold call make appointment an don't show up no phone call nothing.

Had Calvin Stacey do an energy survey on my property, it was very thorough. Everything was put on paper and we decided to go ahead with a battery.

Install was clean and tidy and I’m very happy! Thanks to the lovely lady in the support team who helped me set up my overnight charging as well.
