Experience was great; a little nervous about buying a casket online, but everything went a lot more smoothly than I would've expected; Left notes for it to be delivered on a certain day, and called to verify all is going well... no problems whatsoever... nice price on the casket, great service!

The photos did not do justice to the casket - it was better looking in real life.

Call them as we found that the website only shows California warehouse stock - the 'Mother' casket was in stock in Dallas - much closer to Houston.

Also we were invoiced rather than an online order saving us tax, because we called and talked with a very helpful Tim.

The casket we ordered was delivered within two days to the funeral home. It was as eloquent as it appeared in the photo and many of the quests at the funeral commented on how nice it looked.

I really like the coffin not perfect few imperfections, the side ornaments lose but I did tighten them.

After calling a competitor and finding out that the cremation caskets that were supposedly available on their website were all sold out, I called around and found that this company had caskets available in our price range. Since it was after 1pm when we ordered (overnight requires your place the order before 1pm), it was delivered on time within 2 days. It arrived undamaged, matched the photos, and looked very nice for the memorial service.
