Called to get info make sure it was legit. Beats the price at a cemetary of course while being on a budget and having an unexpected expense. My uncles casket was beautiful simple and arrived on time.

Was told by company that they would take an extra 3 days to get my casket due to my location so had shipped to a diffrent location and picked it up and transported it myself the company that delivered it said they go to our area on a daily basis other than that the casket had a small scuff but overall have no complaints about the casket

The casket arrived in 48 hours. Was beautiful a d perfect. Nicer In person than in pictures. The inside was beautifully lined with ivory fabric. I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t sure about buying a casket online but I saved over $1000 over buying one at the funeral home.

All service was excellent. All phone calls were considerate and helpful. I did have trouble understanding your rep's speech (accent) but he always would repeat when I asked or even spell out a word, so I always felt the communication was complete. At least one call was at night, and that person also was helpful. You will recall that our difficulties were with lack of cooperation on this end. When we requested a change of delivery to my home instead of the funeral home, the extra fee of $50 was very reasonable, and I figured Trusted Caskets had earned that much already in just phone time! So, thank you. Delivery service was on time and friendly also.

Best price around! Don't waste your money buying one at the cemetery.. over priced! Great selection of caskets as well. Money saving hint.. GO to downtown LA flower Mart. Numerous places there that deliver beautiful arrangements at a quarter of the cost.

The casket we preferred was not in stock. Online listing was not updated. Had to settle for one that wasn’t our first choice. And to top it off the casket we received was not the one that was pictured online. Minor differences, but when I purchase something I expect what I see in the picture. By then, we didn’t want anything to interfere with my fathers service so we didn’t make a big deal out of it. Plus we were and are still grieving our loss.

However, we are satisfied with price and quick delivery.
