Customer service was like 'yeah bad luck'
avoid at all cost (it's overpriced anyway and the data barely works in the country you want)

I cancelled my subscription a year ago and they have taken out money from my account for another years worth. They didn’t refund last years money when I cancelled. Not a recommended service to go with. Appears once they have your direct debit they don’t stop!

Trying to cancel a child subscription for my daughter’s iwatch. I’ve been directed to a form that doesn’t work. The app doesn’t work. Customer services direct me to another form. And on it goes. This company clearly hopes you’ll just give up and then they can keep an unwanted subscription rolling and charge for it.

UPDATE: After back n forth via email, this has been cancelled and a refund for the remaining amount refunded.

Used them for more than a decade and felt held hostage. Customer service beyond awful, pricey for limited data (and frequent bill shocks), billing and accounting the worst I've ever seen - aggressively chasing inacutate bills with threats of disconnection..and then proven to be wrong with no apologies. So glad to escape this firm, such a good idea, but such terrible execution. Finally found a better service at less than half the price.

Its a SCAM company. I used truphone before. Customer service was good and I really liked it. However this time (I guess management company changed ), they changed the service and charged me for many month without sending me receipt. ( I received only first month) It was from the account I only use for my trip. I didnt realised that they are charging me every month for a few months. It was not easy to find the way to cancel from the app and also reaching out to customer service. In the end THEY BLOCK MY EMAIL!! unbelievable!!! Do not use this company!!!

Katastrophaler Service. Das Produkt hat mit der AppleWatch einigermassen funktioniert. Da wir die Rufnummer auf einer AppleWatch für ein Kind benutzt haben, war die Erreichbarkeit aber nicht gut genug.

Was aber wirklich schlimm ist, ist der Service. Ich versuche schon seit Monaten die Rufnummer abgehend zu Portieren. Mails werden komplett ignoriert, Supportanfragen über das Serviceportal via Formular ebenfalls. Es erfolgt einfach keine Rückmeldung.
Nie wieder, ich kann nur jeden vor dieser Firma warnen. BetterRoaming ist übrigens der gleich Schrottverein...

Very bad service. Each time I am in another country I have to contact customer service because the network does not work. I have to write several E-Mails until I receive the necessary information to set up in the new country. 2-3 days pass until it works. If you are doing a weekend trip abroad, I do not recommend to buy an e-Sim with this company.

Heel slechte/geen service. Klantenservice en financials verwijzen je steeds naar elkaar. Kastje-muur verhaal.
Al heel veel tijd en e-mails en telefoontje gedaan zonder resultaat.

I've used Truphone a number of times while travelling with mixed results. In Cyprus - worked fine, no issues. Thailand also ok. Just back from Germany/Austria. Worked with ok in Germany, but really struggled to get any kind of connection in Austria, which was a pain as I was only in Germany for 8 hours, Austria for 7 days. Support responded to requests, but solutions provided didn't help.

Pretty much the same as pre House reviews. Impossible to log in. Impossible to install esim. No response from Turksim helpline. Complete rip off.

I wished I had seen these reviews before I purchased a 20GB plan for my iPad. I signed up & paid my $35, got my confirmation & my receipt. I created an account & read where TruPhone is to appear in the upper left corner. Never happened! I’ve been trying to reach customer service for help but how? There’s no number, no link. Every email comes back undeliverable. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have not been able to install this eSIM Card on my iPhone. I have followed all the instructions watch the video and tried for over two hours, sending multiple screenshots to customer service, who did not help the outcome. When entering the required information manually, the Apple phone asked for a confirmation number. Which I don’t have and they don’t have the iPhone says to contact your carrier. I can’t contact my carrier because I’m in another country. What a mess.

Complete rubbish, even for B2B - with the acquisition of Truphone by TP Global things have gone even worse. By all means shy away from them, really not worth the pain. Our company is owed >£2k for almost half a year now.

Truphone hat meine Kündigung erst akzeptiert als ich meinen Kreditkartenanbieter American Express bat, die Zahlung an Truphone zu stoppen. Auf die Rücküberweisung des zuviel eingezogenen Geldbetrages warte ich noch heute. Apple sollte dieses Unternehmen als Partner ausschließen.

Haben Truphone im gewerblichen Bereich, mittelständisches weltweit agierendes Unternehmen, mit über 200 Mobiltelefonen eingesetzt. Die Erreichbarkeit von Mitarbeitern, Geschäftspartnern und Außendienstmitarbietern war katastrophal. Mitarbeiter haben die Sim-Karten letztlich gegen private getauscht oder nur noch über private Handys mit Geschäftspartnern telefoniert. Es war nicht tragbar.
Schließlich wurde der Anbieter gewechselt. Die "Erfahrung Truphone" blieb bei Weitem hinter den Erwartungen an funktionierende Netzabdeckung, obwohl angeblich das Vodafone-Netz genutzt wurde. Privat hatte ich mit Vodafone nie diese Probleme.

Got a sim that should be 10 years valid for IoT, 3 months ago. Device was offline for more then a month. result no working sim any more, and my account is canceled, stay a way .
It is now 1global.com, they acquired truphone.com

Apple watch for child worked perfectly for 1 week (conveniently the 7 day trial period) before "No Connection" issue started. No response from customer support despite multiple communications and cases with them. (02143463, 02143080, 02142062).

Canceling service and expect a full refund as this tactic is clearly a scam to get subscribers then drop service.
