Buyer beware! I bought the portable nebulizer and an extra nebulizer cup but learned after making my purchase that due to my condition, I need to use a product that can be sterilized in high heat (which this one cannot). I contacted the company within the 30-day return window and have been GHOSTED. I first contacted them through the instant messaging bot on their website. It said no problem, someone will be in touch soon by email - no email. Then I found their customer support email and sent a direct email - no reply. I called them two days ago during their business hours and got their voicemail - no return call. I am out over $200 on a product I can’t use. If you need a nebulizer, you are better off buying from a reputable company like Nebology, Just Nebulizers, or Medical Eshop.
After noticing some wear on my original nozzle tip,I was concerned about the cost and hassle of replacing the entire unit. However, I was delighted to find out that TruNeb offers the option to purchase just the nozzle tip separately. This not only saved me money but also extended the life of my nebulizer, making it an even more valuable investment

This Item arrived non-operational. I attempted to contact the company through their web site only to be informed it was a miliciaious web site. Next I called their number and was transferred to a service line that required them to contact me. No contact as of yet. Do no purchase this item if you don't want to be out $147.00. Buyer beware. "Fraud Alert"
