I’ve been really impressed with my TabTime pill dispenser – it’s reliable, easy to use, and makes managing medication so much easier.

On top of that, the customer service has been excellent. I recently needed a replacement part, and Carly responded quickly, was very helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across such great support these days!

Highly recommended – both the product and the team behind it.

We're very disappointed a pill dispenser proved faulty bought from Amazon, have failed to make contact with Tabtime, either by phone or email. The service like Amazon whom we purchased it from is frustrating to say the least?

Amazing customer service. I purchased a Tabtime alarm watch and 2 spare straps to give me a choice of colours. I liked the look of the watch and also how easy it was to set up. I set the alarms I needed and each went off as intended and the watch kept good time. The second day of having the watch and the time suddenly changed to a time in the morning and whatever button I pressed I got a display that didn't make sense. I contacted customer services and was advised that a new watch would be sent the next day, which it was and Carly had even sent me a different colour strap to the 3 I already had which was a very nice touch. My new watch is working perfectly. Highly recommended.

Exceptional customer service.
My mother in laws pill dispenser developed a fault after 2 months.
I called the company and was told that a new one would be sent out that day ! There was no quibble, all I had to do was to email my order number with a picture of the back of the machine with the serial number and that was it.
Even before I had email confirmation I was contacted within minutes by DHL advising me that they were awaiting receipt of a package for me.
The machine duly arrived the next day.
If only it could always be as easy as this. Congratulations to TabTime other companies could learn a lot from you.

I bought a Tabtime pill dispenser some months ago which is working great for my mum who is 83 and registered blind. The dispenser is still working great and is an absolute lifesaver ensuring mum gets the right tablets at the right time without fail, brill!!
Also the machine comes with a good variety of disc labels to ensure all your daily needs are met, further more we recently needed to change a label as mums tablets & quantity dispenser times changed, unfortunately we couldn't find our spare labels anywhere, so I contacted Tabtime and they sent me some spare ones in the post which arrived the very next day! What great customer service and may thanks especially to Aziz & Pauline your all stars as far as mum & I are concerned, cheers
