Not what you would expect to hear from someone having visited a Dental Practice but it was a somewhat pleasant experience . All of The staff are so friendly and informative and put you completely at ease. Every thing is explained and the costs are far more than competitive after shopping around. Its a high recommendation from me don’t bother looking around.

State of the art technology & outstanding staff
As someone who was very nervous of any dental procedures having experienced Army dentists back in the 1970's I can honestly say this was without doubt the best experience in the dentist chair ever. From the initial consultation back in August to having both upper and lower full jaw implant reconstruction in November the whole operation was faultless and even more important painless.
To kick off the practice is situated in the recently refurbished area of Battersea which has absolutely stunning landscaping and numerous bars and restaurants. The team which included Dr Rudi Mukherjee, Dr Ross Orchard and Mariam were absolutely brilliant keeping me up to speed on all the procedures involved. Having chosen my background music I was sedated and basically knew nothing more until coming round some 4hrs later having had 12 teeth removed and 12 metal implants inserted The aftercare with Mariam was outstanding, although she does require a few lessons in cooking porridge as it's not usual to be able to stand the spoon up in it.
My temporary teeth were made and fitted in the same day with the team going above and beyond as Dr Rudi and Dr Ross were both booked on a 9pm flight to the Dubai practice and they were still fitting my new teeth at 7pm.
The modern state of the art technology and their expertise has no comparison and felt confident and totally at ease throughout the whole experience.
I have just had my check up with Dr Ross to ensure that everything is healing OK and to take the final details for my permanent teeth which are due to be fitted on 5th March - cannot wait.
To anyone considering this procedure I would 100% recommend this Truly exceptional practice.
Thursday 5th March just arrived home after having my new teeth for life fitted. My sincere thanks to Dr Ross and the whole team my new teeth are absolutely perfect and has changed me both physically and mentally. I would also comment that the cost for this work, in this country, was well below the average especially when taking up their discount offer for paying upfront.
Once again thanks to all involved in my journey you've not only changed my smile but also my life.

I have been a patient at this practice for over three years. Crucially when Truly took over as the new owners they retained many of their key people from the previous operation. In addition they now have a broader range of experts and treatments that they offer whilst keeping the quality of outcomes high and prices competitive.
My primary Dentist is Dr. Connie Yau, who specialises in aesthetic dentistry and has completely revolutionised my smile. Through this process she has also performed multiple treatments of a restorative nature. When needed she has been able to refer me to an expert in-practice when I have needed specialist support.
The whole team are very warm, friendly and create a relaxed atmosphere whilst remaining totally professional. I always go and see Louise the Hygienist who has completely transformed how I feel about this type of treatment!

From the aesthetics and cleanliness of the building to the most amazing staff! This was easily the best dental experience my dad has ever had!
Rudy and his team went above and beyond and their service and care could not be faulted! A special mention to the nurse who was exceptional! The reception team were very informative and were in contact before the procedure and after answering all of our questions.
The attention to detail was second to none and honestly gave my Dad his dream teeth!
We done a lot of research on pricing and Trulydental were so competitive!
Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else! Could not have asked for better, a live changing experience for my Dad who’s only negative comment was he wish he had done it sooner!

Fantastic experience from start to finish at Truly Dental.
Dr Tanay Kulkarni was my surgeon and was incredibly patient and professional throughout. When the sedation started wearing off and I was struggling a bit, he stayed calm, reassuring, and took the time needed to complete the surgery properly — which meant a lot.
Aiza Revazova was equally wonderful. She was supportive throughout and even called me on Sunday to check how I was doing after surgery on Saturday. That level of aftercare really stood out.
Three months later, I now have my new implants with real teeth and couldn’t be happier. I’m smiling again… and cautiously planning my first steak 🥩🙂

This was an absolutely appalling…
This was an absolutely appalling service!
Firstly, My original appointment when I arrived, they were running over an hour late, so I had to rebook. Once I rebooked, I was then called and that appointment was cancelled, I spent over 20 minutes on the phone explaining that I’ve had two previous consultations elsewhere and that they had both giving me a similar plan treatment. The person that called to rebook assured me that she had noted everything I’d said down, so that when I come for my appointment (Third time lucky), that it would be quick and easy as I had stated that I didn’t have a lot of time.
When I arrived for my first/ third appointment, I was early but they were still 10 minutes late for the appointment time. No apology was made for the delay, I then made my way upstairs where I was asked, how can I help you?
I stated that I had already had this conversation with the receptionist and she assured me that all of my information would be noted so I didn’t have to go through repeating myself. I was then met with “well she hasn’t so you’re going need to go over it” Then explained that the service had not been great due to late appointment, last-minute cancellations and now I’m at the third appointment. I was simply met with “well I’m trying to help you. Do you want it or not?” My response was you’re not helping me. “This is a service that I am paying for”. Anyway, the appointment continued in this combative manner with Dr Ross not being very amenable or pleasant.
I was then asked would I like to scan and I said well yes of course that’s what I came for, then taken down downstairs where I had a scan. After the scan I was met in the hallway by Dr Ross where he conducted my consultation in the hallway where I was standing and then got myself a chair to sit on.
Long story short after that I was on route to leave the building and then was met by the receptionist at the door being told that I had to pay for the scans which were supposed to be complimentary with the consultation as per the facebook add, but because they changed my appointment and my appointment was with a doctor they now decided they wanted to charge me £100 for a scan. The receptionist then got the practice manager.
In fairness, it’s not about the money as the treatment that I am looking at is or could be as much as £15,000.00. It is simply about the lack of professionalism and customer service. Truly are cold and the environment feels unfriendly. I would prefer to pay double than deal with Truly.
FYI, I refused to pay for the Scan as that was never mentioned to me and they are the ones that cancelled and were late for the previous appointments.
If I was you I would stay away from them. They are not cheaper or competitive, £950 is for the substandard implants. The really ones are £2000+ per tooth. NOT NICE PEOPLE!!!
