True Glaze, what can I say, they're a very good company to deal with, professional and knowledgeable to say at least. The guys the company use are clean, tidy and willing to go the extra mile. They are always my go to window company and I cannot recommend them enough.

I highly recommend Truglaze after they installed my composite Solidor front door and upstairs and downstairs windows.

They have an impressive selection of doors and windows, as well as complete colour, material and furniture customisation, with a wide selection available to see and try out in their showroom.

I received excellent service throughout from Kirsty and the team - from the moment I first approached them for a quote, through the measurement taking and installation - everyone was very professional, friendly and took great pride in delivering the very best. The work was also competitively priced and beat quotes from several other local business that I had made inquiries with.

I could not be more satisfied and highly recommend them for anyone looking for new doors or windows, in my opinion they are the best!

We have used David and his team at Truglaze several times over the last couple of years. Starting with our sash windows couldn’t fault product and first class service. They have totally transformed our house. We absolutely love the windows. Recently fitted our new front door again absolutely loving the new front door again with first class service from David and his team. Will definitely use again.

For our renovation works we wanted a big set of patio sliding doors, a set of bi-folds, heritage back and french doors and a couple of standard type windows. We visited four local double glazing companies and this company gave us the most competitive quote for all of these products by quite a margin. At that stage we weren't ready to start, so it was about three months before we were placed the order. Even though the quote had expired, they kept to their original quoted price.

When it came to the survey and installation, the fitters came at the stated times, were friendly, polite, extremely professional and did a really good job. Any queries we had were listened to and we were kept informed with what was being done on each day.

Overall we had a great experience working with this company and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Absolutely outstanding right from the word go.. Kirsty was really easy to deal with and she was extremely accommodating. And Reg who came out to conduct the work extremely professional and highly recommended.

After purchasing a period property with original single pane wooden windows, we were in desperate need of some double glazing.

In the initial stage, we were very naive to different types of windows etc but Dave was extremely helpful. We were very keen to keep the original look of the house and Dave recommended the R9 window system which was designed to replicate old wooden windows. He advised that these were on the more expensive side and also to get a number of quotes if we felt more comfortable. With that said, we decided to go with Truglaze as he was extremely trustworthy/ knowledgeable.

After deposit payment was made, lead times were given and this didn't change.

When it came to fitting, the fitters were all very professional and we knew instantly we could leave them in the home unattended which was very helpful. They made extra effort to tidy up as much as possible knowing that we had a new born in the house.

We are over the moon with the windows and the service. Would 100% recommend.

I had a two sets of doors replaced over the weekend by Truglaze, the services I'm receiving from the company and the workmanship is top-notch. David has been very helpful and professional and managed to turn around from the purchase to the fittings of the doors within two weeks.

nearly 4 years after placing order still have problems with the windows and glass units unable to get anyone to contact you or get dates to fix and dont turn up with all the items they need to fix would not use this company again

Truglaze fitted two stable doors and did a great job so I ordered solid oak front door and three Origin Bi-fold doors from them. I was unhappy with the finishing on all bi-folds and front door so asked them to rectify. There were six points and I chased for months to get anything done. Even fitted the wrong hardware to front door! In they end they fixed three items and I had to pay someone else to fix the final three issues. They take ages to respond to me if they respond at all!

We are currently 4 months since they installed 2 new doors and there are still continuous problems, from under-spec locks to cheap spindles that break, as well as intercom issues. Not great at communicating. Tired of dealing with them to be honest :(

Truglaze fitted a new front door and windows to our porch. They quoted and came out to review the requirements very promptly,. Fitting was extremely efficient with two of their team who were exceptionally polite courteous and helpful. We had a minor issue where they followed up extremely promptly and resolved this quickly. Great service would thoroughly recommend

Truglaze is a friendly family business and Rob is a pleasure to deal with. He was very patient and tolerant of our many questions and queries and the price was significantly less than two other local suppliers.
We are delighted with the fantastic quality of our new conservatory and Rob personally ensured that any items on our 'snagging list' were resolved to our complete satisfaction before invoicing for the balance payment.
We would recommend Truglaze to anyone considering a new conservatory and intend to use them again ourselves, to replace a couple of windows when the time is right.

Fantastic service from start to finish. All the staff are friendly, happy and helpful. James was very patient answering my queries while I took my time deciding on which door I wanted. And his knowledgeable advice was certainly the right choice. The fitters were great too, on time, polite, tidied up, worked hard and did an amazing job. Very happy with the finished product (5 windows and a front door).

From start to finish a company you can trust with competitive prices and excellent installation with friendly competent staff, not only did they beat a main stream companies prices the whole process was without issue from sale to installation, fitters arrived on time and did an excellent job, couldn't be happier.

Rob, Dave and their team go the extra mile to make sure that the service they provide is amazing from start to finish. No job is considered too small and they happily answered my questions, however silly!
