True to Sole Omdömen 

Ordered a pair of Yeezy slides.
Of course I waited more than 14 working days, but that was not a problem, as I didn’t need the product “right away”.
The problem is now, when the size doesn’t fit, I sent an email on the exact day that I got them delivered and they didn’t answer so far.
So, it’s just lost money.
They lie about the delivery and worse: about the return policy, as there is no way you can return the product.
Definetely do not recommend.

Ordered a pair of shoes on 3rd of April and they did not arrive until 17th of April. I messaged them today to ask them if they are going to send them until 25th of April and if not I want my order to be cancelled and they cancelled my order. Very bad customer experience. Even though the delivery is from Hungary, I live in Romania so the delivery time should not be that long.

The “quality” is disappointing

I ordered a pair of yeezy 350 in the slate colorway on the 31st of December ,three weeks later after several emails which they responded with the shoes are in our foreign warehouse they are going to be shipped within 2 weeks (biggest lie is their "fast delivery"),after three weeks and another email they cancelled my order saying that they don't got my size in stock

Very slow delivery, customer service does not even answer the emails...

It took 29 days for them to send out my order which was a simple Jordan 4 isn’t a special one at all, although they said it will only took max 14 days, they not only doubled that time I had to call them 5 times during this month to make any progress with my order because I didn’t get any updates on my order for 20 days at all. Imo this is ridiculous even if they had to dig the shoe out from an Australian grave it wouldn’t took that much time. Nevertheless I can’t complain about anything else, the shoe and box was in perfect condition, they even sent a small gift for the misconception and the price is fairly okay but the shipping is terrible. I have to sadly say that i won’t be ordering online from True To Sole ever again.

The respone of the emails took to long i have to wait to long until delivery + i wanted to send back an item didn t find how .......

the most disappointing experience with an online store and not only that.
initially I went to the store in Bucharest and the employees had a horrible attitude, I wanted to buy from them, but I changed my mind when I saw that the employee there refused to bring me a size to try on, saying that she would only bring it to me if I bought it. totally unacceptable. I left the store disappointed, but I had hope in the website, where I received the defective product, wanting to return the product, I waited a long time for my email to be answered. In the end, after insisting and complaining, I managed to get my money back. I do not recommend this store.

Our experience was great. We went to visit on a really hot day and the tempature inside the store was perfect. The prices were also good compared to other stores in the city. The employees were really helpful and kind.

It was a mistake to order from them. I did ordered some products (Nike air force and some accessories) on 19 June and so far I have only received e-mails from them apologizing for the delay. Now I want to cancel the order but it is impossible to communicate because they not respond to e mail or by phone.
True to Sole also have a store in Bucharest but the staff from the store cant do nothing!
Later edit: they refund me in a very short while after this review with apologies for the delay due to the fact of employes holidays.
Maybe i will try a new order in autum.

Sad to see that promises are NOT kept and payouts are connected to unexpected waiting times. Eventhough same day payment was promised... Dissapointed and wont do business again
