Ripeness of fruit
This is an annual treat for me. I was very disappointed when the red banana and chikoo were inedible as they were nowhere near ripe, and half the snakefruit were inedible due to being overripe.

Hello Gill,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We apologise for the disappointment you experienced with your recent order.
At Tropical Box, we strive to provide our customers with a variety of fruits at different ripening stages to ensure a longer enjoyment period. We understand your frustration with the ripeness of the red banana and chikoo. Please note that these fruits are intentionally provided at varying ripeness to cater to different preferences and consumption timelines. However, we regret that this did not meet your expectations.
Regarding the snake fruit, our order team selects fruits from both Indonesia and Thailand to offer our customers a diverse tasting experience. Each variety has its unique flavor profile and texture.
Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will use it to improve our service.
Thank you

Hi Mrs M,
Thanks so much for giving TropicalBox a try we’re glad you liked the fruits!
You’ve raised a great point about labelling. We usually include a fruit ID card or guide with each box, but it sounds like yours may have been missed, so sorry about that! If you’d like, feel free to email a photo of any mystery fruits to contactus@tropicalbox.co.uk and we’ll happily help identify them.
As for the juices, they are naturally sweet due to the tropical fruits we use, but we’ll absolutely take your comment onboard as we keep refining our blends.
Hope to have you back again soon for round two of tropical discovery!
Warm wishes,
The TropicalBox Team

Hayden and his team were incredibly communicative every step of the way, they worked with our in house catering team to provide exotic fruit platters over the course of the month. They were also able to provide fruit juices amazing fruit decor for our Black owned farmers market.
