Plan the best trip with TTJ
I had a great experience planning my trip with the team. My husband and I were planning a trip to Japan in May 2025, but our trip got cancelled a month before May due to an emergency. The team has been so cooperative and understanding. We got our full refund without any hassle at all.
They provide a one stop solution from planning a perfect itinerary to accommodations, arrangement of JR passes and all the tickets to popular tourist spots. The itinerary was so detail oriented and precise. I was so glad to see the output, after all the suggestions I had provided during our interactions.
I appreciate how responsive and professional the team has been. A special shout out to Mia, Bolli and Hilda for all their efforts! You guys have been lovely to interact with :)
I would highly recommend planning your trip through this platform and I look forward to planning my trip with them again :)

Legit company, horrible experience (ENG speaker)
First, the company is legit, we had no issues booking and we had no issues claiming the experience
The experience, however, Tokyo Premium Night Drive, was horrible
- Audio guides for eng speakers only contain a fraction of what was said by the guide + the audo guide tends to glitch and stop playing
- Guide couldn't speak a lick of english
- The weather was fairly cold and windy, though we received free (very thin) raincoats, which was nice, it was still very unpleasant, riding with an open roof
- There was nothing in the description about spending half of the tour going up the Tokyo Tower, so we visited it ouselves a day before the trip

Mako was a fabulous guide for sumo
Mako was a fabulous guide for sumo. She was very knowledgeable and did a fabulous job teaching us about sumo before the practice and was kind to spend time afterwards to thoughtfully answering all of our questions.
Plus she was at CSUN when I was. So fun.
