If any person book the flight tickets…

If any person book the flight tickets under group promotional offer he has to wait confirmation of tickets from related airlines till date of journey. Till then that person under darkness about his tickets. This system I don't like this.kindly change the system and provide them airlines confirmation about their tickets at the earliest.

Inconvenience Caused by Ticket Correction and Separate PNR Issuance

I wish to formally complain about the completely avoidable inconvenience my family and I experienced due to a mistake made by your company.

We had booked travel for two people under one PNR. We later found a name had been entered incorrectly on your end. The 'correction' process, however, was deeply flawed. Instead of a simple name change on our existing booking, a new, separate PNR was generated.

This seemingly small change had a major consequence. We had packed as a family, using one suitcase with the clear expectation that our 30kg combined baggage allowance (15kg x 2) would apply. At the airport, we were shocked when the airline informed us that due to the separate PNRs, they could not combine the weight allowance. This left us in a very difficult position, scrambling to find a solution at the last moment.

When I contacted your call center for a resolution, I was met with helplessness. Despite my clear explanation that this problem was a direct result of your actions, your agents failed to provide any assistance or merge the PNRs. A simple booking error on your side spiralled into a stressful and frustrating travel experience.

1 Buyers beware Tripify total thumbs down

1. Booking confirmed at a price but I was forced to pay extra for getting eticket issued. After a lot of negotiation the extra amount was reduced to 1200 from 4000.2. At the airport the e ticket issued by Tripify did not have bar code I faced harassment at entry and I had to run to Indigo ticketing office to get a ticket with bar code issued. 3. I had to run from entry gate to ticketing office the second time since the name on ticket was different from mine.

booked a ticket

booked a ticket. No email came with the confirmation. The airline called us directly and said they will not issue a ticket unless we paid 3000 odd extra. very bad service
