Very bad experience

Beware of this fraud. I had a very bad experience—they kept my booking status pending and called demanding extra money immediately. I’ve seen them call everyone who books from this website and demand extra money to confirm the booking.
TFY291697 Booking ID and below is the email received . FYI They gave 9 numbered mobile number to contact them which doesn’t exist in India.

Great customer service.

My ticket showed 15kg allowance even though it was an international flight. And i couldn’t check in directly online since it was a special group booking fare. But when I called customer service they were kind and prompt and resolved all my issues. I was able to check in online and realized I had 30kg baggage allowance.

Correction of One alphabet missing in surname.

My Srurname was missing only one alphabet in it. I mailed request for correction and when called in next day morning i was informed tha the group booking helpdesk does not work on Sunday, and advised to reach airport 3 hours before for this correction by airline only. This caused so much panic and got to change my other place visit and long wait at airport due to arriving early. Why cant this be supported online / directly by Tripify.

I had a very terrible experience with…

I had a very terrible experience with this travel company. They cancelled my ticket without any prior notice and have still not refunded my money, even after repeated follow‑ups. This shows a complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for customers. I will not book with this company again and strongly advise others to be very careful before trusting them with their travel plans.

I had booked the ticket but PNR no was…

I had booked the ticket but PNR no was not provided to me at the time of booking. After 30 minutes of booking tickets, PNR was provided to me but it was not showing invalid at the official website of the airline. It was informed to me that my details will reflect within 12-24 hrs before the flight departure. The whole situation was very stressful for me as I was pretty confused and u sure about my ticket confirmation.

I booked flight tickets at 3000 and within 1 hours I informed the team by mistake a spelling mistake happened and for that tripify charged 2200 rupess only for spelling correction.
