I have no words how to describe how good this company is in terms of services

I was working with Upasana Sharma since June where we booked group tickets thru her , she is super prompt and she knows what she is doing as the tickets we blocked in June for delta were with only 1 hour layoff
She kept saying she will fix this in Nov or closer to travel date and she literally called after few months and fix our issue by exhchanging our tickets with no extra cost

This company has really very very competitive rate

Pls if you call this company ask for Upasana Sharma I highly recommend that maximum people should try her services

I’ve worked with tripbeam in the past, but this time my experience was horrible. First they couldn’t find me the most reasonable ticket. After I booked a more reasonable ticket, the agent Deepthi on their end kept calling me and had a very rough, dominating tone, telling me, the customer how I should function, and that next time if I want to book a ticket I should respond to her email. Because of this attitude, I’m never going to work with tripbeam again!
