Horrible customer service when things don't go smoothly.

We had opted for this booking agent to book bassinet seats for us. Unfortunately the booking was mismanaged, and when trying to resolve it, we got true taste of how much this company actually cares vs how much they simply want to get your money for straightforward travel bookings that you can do online at same price.

We had paid $300+ extra for right seats, and ended up not getting them during travel. Both times, we were promised that TripBeam had talked to the airline and had arranged for the right seats.

I would look for direct bookings online going forward and save trouble of going through TripBeam.

I worked with Deepti who has been very helpful with my ever changing schedule changes. She was very patient and diligent with her follow ups. Highly recommend her services
