Member since 2017, not had a bad experience yet. All the services of a high street bank with the ethics and common touch of a community hub.

Each time I speak directly to a customer service member of staff at Triodos bank, I have been entirely satisfied with the help and assistance that I have received. They always understand my enquiry and meet my needs exceptionally well.

It is unusual in this day and age to be able to speak to a person directly; thankfully at Triodos Bank I am always greeted by a human being who clearly knows their job and can respond to each and every query that I have raised. This takes away all the frustration that can build up when you can get no-one to listen.

Phone answered within a few minutes, with very helpful person who knew where to find the answer to my problem and did it quickly. Nice friendly service and good overall banking service, especially the Triodos app which I find easy to use. Reasonable range of savings accounts on offer as well.

I contacted Triodos customer service to discuss a financial issue arising from my personal circumstances. It was very easy to get through to someone who could help and I was very grateful that a solution to my problem could be found, and in a short period of time.
I chose Triodos as the bank to hold my savings and to invest in crowdfunding opportunities because of their alignment with my values; it is great to know that they also offer the kind of efficient and compassionate customer service that many other organizations lack nowadays.

I closed my NatWest account that I’ve had since I was 14 as I wanted to make sure my money was not being used to fund war, etc. I was nervous about this switch but it has all gone very well. No complaints with the bank but I do have a Nationwide account as back up, Triodos don’t do Applepay and sometimes I’ve needed to use it. I’m glad I’ve made this switch to Triodos as my main account and savings account. No regrets so far.

I tried to apply for a savings account five times on the app and it crashed every time. Frustrating after inputting so much information. Nothing wrong with my connection so I have regretfully uninstalled the app and gone elsewhere.

The bank is transparent in all its dealings with customers, both investors, savers and businesses to which it lends. The website provides detail of all the project it lends to.
For savers, the rates are slightly below the current market rate but you can see exactly where the differential is going in support for environmental and other projects.
They are savvy people and it seems extraordinary that they don't receive more recognition.
it's also an excellent way, for a saver or investor, to contribute to a sustainable future.

I initially joined triodos because I wanted my money to be doing good in the world even when I wasn't using it. The poor online service and functionality quickly led me to use another bank for my day to day transactions, and I used triodos solely for my savings (which I rarely access).

Finally I can keep my money safe without funding fossil fuels industry. Triodos is truly the greenest bank out there. The online app is a bit less advanced than the top high street banks' but I prefer heart and soul of Triodos than fancy apps of other banks ;) I've been a happy customer for over a year now and I'm staying for good!

FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT AND PATIENT ATTENTION TO ONE WHO IS NOT WELL-VERSED IN THE TECHNOLOGY OF COMMUNICATIONS OR BANKING PROTOCOLS OR SYSTEMS.
AND, UNIQUELY AMONG BANKS, ETHICS AND SUSTAINABILITY ARE NOT JUST OFFERINGS “BOLTED ON” TO A CONVENTIONAL BANK’S SOLE ULTIMATE AIM OF INCREASING SHAREHOLDER VALUE ABOVE THAT OF ANY OTHER STAKEHOLDER. THEY ARE INTEGRATED, ROOT AND BRANCH THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE ORGANISATION AND ALL ITS ACTIVITIES.

Ethical straightforward banking where your money really makes a positive difference. It makes sense for everyone and for the planet!

I have been a saver with Triodos Bank for a number of years and find
it the most Green and Ethical of all the types of such types of investments. I like the wide range of environmentally and humanistically deserving projects it funds and supports. And find its updates about these very informative and inspiring.

I had forgotten how to complete a particular transaction. I was guided through the process with patience and kindness by the person who answered my call. This response fit with my overall impression of Triodos. I get a sense of community, mission and positivity from all of my interactions with the bank. The information about the ethical and ecological investment of funds in AGM and newsletters is excellent.

Being a smaller online bank you really do get a feel of the care they have towards their customers. Their customer service if excellent.

Not only ethically and environmentally sound, but Triodos provides a great customer experience. Staff are always helpful and able to give the best advice. The mobile app is easy to use and makes banking easy. I would definitely recommend.

Not only is Triodos an ethical bank with very good investment policies, it also has outstanding customer service. If I need to ring a helpline, it is usually because something has gone wrong and I am in an absolute panic, so it was great yesterday when I got through to an advisor at Triodos Bank very quickly. There was none of this being sent round in circles by an automated system, nor of having to explain the problem to half a dozen different people. The advisor was exceptionally calm, and as a result I felt calmer too. She dealt with the problem very efficiently, and all was well. I really recommend Triodos Bank.

In this complex, confusing and often corrupt society of ours, it is very pleasing to use a bank which puts people not profit first!
We follow the bank’s activities through its online events, such as its aim or more specific focus-events.
We are climate aware activists but above all we are caring grandparents and citizens.
We try to keep well-informed and reach out to our family and community in the hope that there will be a future for mankind.Keeping well away from the traditional money market is one way we hope to bring about change.
Triodos, reach out to as many (future) customers as you can. We don’t see enough marketing of you and your products. Please do more to bring about the change we all need!
