These folks wrote up what I thought was a simple will, but turned out I added a few complications. They were patient, professional and so very helpful. Their price was reasonable and they followed through well. When they were not as timely as I thought they said they would be, they followed up immediately, rectified errors, and got right on the job. I can honestly say I'd recommend them to anyone wanting a simple will, at a reasonable price.
If you don't have a will, do your family and friends a BIG favour and get it done! These folks will walk you through it and make it as easy as possible. Peace of mind is worth an hour of your time and the cost of a nice dinner out.

Late for the meeting
They set up a zoom meeting and then emailed to apologise they were running late on another meeting then phoned us to do the meeting with someone else on the phone instead of by zoom.
We backed out at this point.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused when your Zoom appointment could not go ahead at the arranged time. Due to an urgent church matter, Chris was unexpectedly unavailable, and we sent an email to advise of the delay. Corey then followed up by phone and offered to conduct the consultation by telephone as an alternative, but unfortunately the call ended before we were able to continue.
We understand this was not what you expected, and we apologise for any frustration caused.
We can finally get done what has taken us years to start

Friendly and professional
Our encounter with Trinity - with Christopher and Sarah particularly - has been very good. They're both very knowledgable, friendly, helpful, and understanding. Wow! These guys know their stuff
From the first 'Hello' from Corey to my 'have a blessed day' from Chris was such a positive conversation to discuss and arrange such a difficult subject. Getting our will put into place was something that we'd starting years ago to not finishing with another company to we need to get it sorted. Having coming across Trinity Life Limited on social media made me realise I needed to sort it straight away. A phone call and zoom meeting later got us on the path to getting it sorted. My thoughts were WOW these guys are just incredible! They are friendly, easy to talk to knowledgeable people who are a gift from God in delivering an amazing service. They are putting everything we need into place making sure my family are looked after when that day comes! Being a christian and knowing that the advice I have been given are from christians who know they are answerable to God filled me with the confidence to know I'm in good hands. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs to get their will sorted.

We dealt with Sarah - very impressed. Most professional - explained each step clearly. Was very patient -nothing too much trouble.

Excellent Estate Planning Company
After our initial call with Christopher, which was very informative, we had a zoom call with Sarah.
She was friendly & professional and gave excellent legal advice for our wills, lasting power of attorneys & trusts.
We were confident with the decisions we made, in these documents, & were reassured that we had completed a process that meant our family had the security & knowledge of our decisions for our later life & deaths.
