I cannot praise you enough

I cannot praise you enough, from my 1st message about my claim you sent someone to make the garage secure the same day then arranged a survey. Decided Would need it replacing, because the door had to be made.
The door was fitted yesterday, the fitters did a fabulous job ,to say I'm very happy with the service is an under statement. Thank you for your help and support xx

Trinity Claims - Excellent Management Service

Trinity Claims have an excellent messaging system which keeps a claimant fully aware of the claim's progress.
Clsum staff do not make a drama out of a crisis and are very helpful.

From the start the company has been…

From the start the company has been brilliant. Excellent and fast communications. We had our first assessment from a nice guy called James from Lavender solutions who said the first responder guy,Ethan, would be sent out. He was fab..super friendly and explained everything clearly. My only gripe so far is the trying to get through to the company in the first place. My policy is with policy direct 24/7 the number says but on calling at around 8am was put through to Trinity- obviously firm they deal with- to be told they don't open until 9am. Its then a round of pressing numbers ,none matched my issue really,before actually speaking to a person. It was stressful enough without this. Plus Ethan pinched my pen as his had run out but I'll let him off lol. While it's going to be a long process ,so far so good.

My experience with this company was good

My experience with this company was very good the man I spoke to Dan MacCourt was very polite and very helpful When at a time I wasn’t sure what to do we had a good conversation and he called me back after I had time to think and process things I was really pleased with the service over all

Company is organise and quick to response.

It was a quick response about the claim. The company was organise.
I called Monday and the next day they sent someone to my house to check and take photos of the damage to the garage. Then it was explained to me what is going to happen when three guys come and that to decontaminate inside and out the garage, as well as pressure wash the driveway. I was also told that the surveyor will be coming to check the damage caused by fire.

Trust Claims made it stress free

From the initial claim online to completion, the communication online was first class, though I could have done with a person to talk through

Trust Claims have been superb in the swiftness from submitting to closure

Only disappointing thing was the guys that did the work left the area unfinished and I have had to make good

Disappointing claim amount

Fast response to claim for lost engagement ring.
Settlement figure was well below what we paid and are unable to replace with.
When we declined the offer the reply was that” that was the price they could buy it from their suppliers “
Very good but we are unable to get it at that price.
Disappointing.

First time to make an accidental damage…

First time to make an accidental damage claim on my house policy and was expecting the process to be long-winded and difficult. TPE kept me well informed throughout. Being able to message and upload documents through the portal made the claim process simple with claim agreed in under two months. Thank you.
